CASH ONLY!!!! Prices are hilariously sky-high on gaudy, mass-market collectibles, porcelain, wood, metal, and glass decorative bric-a-brac, as well as shoes and framed art. I play a memory game to see how many items I saw the last time I was there a week ago, a month ago, three months ago...! Great deals can usually be had on all other items which are in huge selection and turn-over very quickly; so bring cash, otherwise those finds wont be there for you in a few hours time. Literally truckloads of new items arrive daily, which would give this joint a solid 5-star rating if you dont seek reasonably-priced decorative items free of chips and dents (from being shifted from pile to pile in the sorting room) and you dont mind the cash-only policy, the strict no refunds or no exchanges policies, and the fact that every bill and every coin is video photographed when tendered. Each time Im there (3-4 times per month) I cant help thinking that the whole operation is a cover for something else, considering all merchandise is donated to the store.

I went to this thrift store because of the good reviews and I was incredibly disappointed. Its cash-only and everything I wanted was incredibly overpriced. They STAPLE the price tags on the clothes and use industrial staples to keep the shoes paired together, which ruins most of them and also is so easily removed that the shoe aisle was littered with sharp scraps of metal all over the floor. They did have some really nice things, but be prepared to spend a lot (in CASH, dont forget) and make sure the clothing isnt ruined by the tags being stapled on. My understanding is that you can only try on certain clothing, but they also dont accept returns? I walked out without buying anything and I wont be back. Its a shame that this seems like the only big thrift store in this area, because the people that need to take advantage of it are getting screwed.

Terrible experience. The place is huge so I was excited upon entering but I quickly realized that it was dirty, overpriced, and poorly staffed. In addition, they wont let you try on clothes priced under $7 nor can you return items... Why would I pay for an outfit that I cant try on or return? Are you kidding me??! When I asked the attendant why they had such a policy she coldly replied "thats the company policy" as she stared past me. I asked for a manager and spoke with Kelly who said only clothes $7 and up have a sensor. And she wouldnt make an exception even after I offered to let her hold my drivers license. Goes to show the demographic. I mean who is stealing UNWASHED used clothes?? Needless to say, I walked out without making a purchase. I think it was better that I didnt bring anything from that place home! On my way to Goodwill!!

Hit or miss, mostly miss. If you find something you really like better buy it and wait in their ridiculously long line. I wanted them to hold a large fake plant and told them I would be right back because I had groceries in my car as I live real close to there. I went back just a few minutes later and saw the plant I wanted taken out the door by another buyer. When I told them what happened and that they knew I really wanted it…. They said "oh well"…not nice. I mean who would think someone would have wanted that dusty plant except me? I got the impression though that they would have held it for me if I was of a certain race…my friend agreed with me too wholeheartedly... Shopping at Goodwill as I always get treated there nicely and I have been to many around town.... Lines are way too long here for the junk they sell too…plus not nice

there are 2 of these stores in Orlando but this one blows the doors off the other one on Orange Ave, due to the fact that this store is the main sorting center for both stores so this store also get the better of the electronics and computers than the other one the only problem with these stores are is that they dont accept Credit Cards at all (but they do have an on-site ATM) if your looking for audio equipment this is the store to hit I have got major pieces for much less than anywhere else my recent purchase was a YAMAHA Home theater subwoofer that retailed for $1600 I got it for $45!!! and it kicks ass!!!

This place has been around forever. Keep in mind that its not their fault whether they have anything good or not when you drop in they rely on donations. Prices can be decent or crazy, its like the roll of the dice what they feel its worth but you can also negotiate prices sometimes. If youre in the area and have a few minutes to breeze through, there are worse things you could do with your time and who knows what you might find.

This thrift shop has a lot of nice things, however, a LOT of clothing and housewares are sooo overpriced. When I go to a thrift shop I want to pay "thrift shop" prices. A lot of their stuff is almost retail priced. In fact, a LOT of the housewares are higher priced than the stores. However, I think the furniture and jewelry dept does an excellent job with pricing.

Lots of great deals. Daughter and I love board games and they typically have an awesome selection of mildly used to brand new games for much cheaper than youll pay elsewhere. Other great things too. Only negative is they dont take credit/debit cards, cash only. There is an ATM in store but it likely has a fee attached so I dont use it. Staff is super friendly.

Do I NEED hulk hands? How about a complete set of Oakland As bobble heads from the early 90s? Probably not. But thats why this place is so great. You never know what youll find there. Also last time I was there there were a ton of Glenn Davis game worn jerseys. He must have made some lady mad for her to donate them. Her loss, our gain.

I just dont understand most thrift stores and pawn shops. They acquire the merchandise for little to nothing and try to get rich off of used stuff! If I wanted to pay retail prices, I may as well go to a retail store and buy it new. Whoever negotiates the price tags needs to be more realistic and considerate when pricing........

For everything being donated/free to them, having a store policy that you cant try clothes on unless theyre priced at or above $6.96 is insane. Spoke with Laura(manager) about this and she could have cared less to us even being in the store. Will not pay money for clothes that I dont even know if they fit me.

Everytime I need something from a fancy baking dish to a nice blue jeans skirt, they have it! And for so much cheaper, most of the time. Sometimes they get rediculous with the pricing but its definitely worth the stop. Wednesdays and Saturdays specials. I have an obsession for this place.
