Goofy Girl
No power outlets, chairs, or desks to sit and relax while deciding what to purchase, or by the cafe which is minuscule. My two kids & I went to select a few new books, get a bite & coffee for me. "They removed the couches a while ago" said an employee. "Oh their is one power outlet way over their between the bookshelves" on your way out the door. Clearly they want you to buy and get the F out!!!!! Never going back. Online trumps bad CS every day of the week. Bad unfriendly environment for social interactions to say the least.

I have been to this bookstore several times. Its always extremely busy, but the staff is very rude. I asked one man for help, he gave me a one-word answer and refused to offer me any advice as to where to find the book I was looking for. Then, at the check-out, no one was behind me, but the clerk acted as if there was a Christmas rush and tried to get me out of there as rudely and quickly as possible. Would NOT recommend!!!

I havent been to this Barnes & Noble for about a year and recently made a visit here. I was pleasantly surprised that the store itself had improved with organization as well as product displays. The place was pretty clean and the staff was generally very friendly. I have also noticed that they have added a lot of more educational toys upstairs and had generally expanded their toys and games section.

It is what it is and what one can imagine from a B&N. The Starbucks inside is cool, has an outside seating area. But there is NOWHERE to plug a laptop or a phone - guess they dont want people to hang out there for long. Also the free wifi goes out after a little while and one has to reconnect. Cleanliness was average.

There are interesting people who sit in the coffee shop. The feel of the store reminds me of some of the cool coffee shops up North where I found inspiration for my paintings. I love reading biographies and there is a wide selection of books for those that like to actually hold and read a tangible book.

Its a really nice book store Ive been going to for years. They have just about anything you could want and if they dont theyll order it for you. Plus theres a Starbucks there which I really enjoy. Outdoor seating for the Starbucks as well

A great book store with a large selection of books including a big choice of Florida titles. Of course it has a coffee shop and places to sit and enjoy the free wifi. It is the largest bookstore in the Naples Area. Two story building.

This is one of the nicest Barnes and Nobles I been to, the place is organized and clean, bathrooms are clean also, two story building with a Starbucks. Book selection is amazing! I highly recommend.

When I walked in I pooped my pants when I saw the cool escalators and the digital writing pad. I then pooped my pants again when I was at the checkout and there was NO fidget spinners! Overall good.
