I paid for my digital pictures online, and it billed my credit card. When I arrived in the store to pick them up they said I hadnt paid and I had to pay again. I called my bank and they took the money online, I told them to keep the pictures Im not going to pay twice! Awful customer service, the manager told me I might have bought something else online..... Yeah for the exact same price, not likely......
