My elderly Pathfinder suddenly started missing and running roughly. Took it in to this station as it was near my place of work and my coworkers suggested I try them. The manager, Dave, found a damaged sparkplug - called me and recommended that I start looking for another vehicle. I had him just replace the plug and asked what could be done. Even though there was none of the usual related symptoms, Dave strongly warned me off - said that there were many things he could do, but that none of it was likely to be effective - there was some serious underlying fault - probably related to the drive shaft even tough none of the usual noises were present. I had him do the minimum repairs to get it to run - replace plugs only... Several weeks later the engine started making noises and several days later died. Daves diagnosis was both accurate and honest; the first time in my life a mechanic hasnt taken me to the cleaners... An honest man. Il be taking my other vehicles to him from now on. There was a bad review on this shop; Dave is very business-like and direct - no "softsoap". If you dont want to hear the straight story, you wont like this place!

Bought a used car from the owner "Dave", which is his middle name by the way. I would have bought the car even if he told me the real problems with it. He claimed to have owned it and driven it for months with no problems. Thats impossible because days later there were issues with it and multiple things that any good mechanic would have noticed and fixed for the 5 minutes and 10 dollars it would have taken them. They also claimed to have done an oil change and fluid check right before, but those were all done poorly and even not tightening caps properly. I would never feel comfortable taking my car in to this place for service. I still love the car and feel it was still a semi fair price, but I wish I was given that info ahead of time and not lied to about all the problems it had. I still would have bought it. But if I had to buy another from him, I wouldnt trust him now enough to buy another.

Crooked/dishonest Took my car in just for an oil change (running perfectly). It was $50 just for a standard oil change (non-synthetic). I got it back and it was misfiring. They told me that I needed to perform the 100k mile service, but I already had a recent tune-up. It turns out that they left an ignition coil so loose that it was causing the misfire... This can ruin an engine (make it run too hot and the spark plug will blow up). I tightened down the coil and it ran perfectly... good thing I know something about cars, or else I would have to be at their mercy. CUSTOMER BEWARE!

This was several years back, but it still burns me. One day, both my wife and I both filled up at this station within a few minutes of each other. We both had car trouble later that day. We took our cars to separate repair facilities. Both of our cars had clogged fuel filters. The gas we got was dirty. I mentioned this to a mechanic at the station, and he vigorously denied any wrongdoing. But I could tell this wasnt the first time this complaint had been made.

Went there to get my flat tire repaired. Paid $30 When driving I noticed same tire was running low and getting lower. I took it back and the guy said if its a new nail it will be $30 more. I said did u check if the leak was fixed and he said no. Once they find a nail they stop there and dont look further. So I asked for my money back. After arguing with him for a little bit. I got my money back. Never going back.

My 83 year old father brought his car in for a smog check. The car did not pass and the mechanic told him to bring it back and leave it so they could test it cold. He said that there would be no additional charge. When we went back to pick it up, they held the car hostage until we paid a second smog check fee. We traveled quite far to this place based on a recommendation and left very unhappy.

The person who cleans up the station really sucks. While he cleaning up the station, he blows up all the dusts/leaves/etc to the street instead of collecting them and put into garbage. He makes the street messy. It really bad experience when I pass by the street with lots of leaves around. Hey guy, please do not blow your garbage to the street.

Just went to get my battery swapped for a new one i just bought (paid $110.) For a new battery at the autoparts, this guy wanted to charge me $90. Just to do a swap, what a damb joke!!! Went across the street to 76 gas station and the mechanic charged me $20. Recommend everyone to go across the street

Do not go there for auto repair they will rip you a new one I asked them to tighten a bolt and they said they wanted an hour of labor witch would be 150 just to tighten a bolt what a joke

There customer service is rude they dont respect customers and then I saw a lot of discrimination. I dont want to suggest people to go to this place. I am not satisfied!!
