I had a very negative experience at the Wizard of Bras. I went in and wasnt measured correctly, and there was a huge gap in the cup. The woman who was helping me was very rude and insisted that it was correct. I had to ask for a smaller cup size twice. She kept insisting that it was normal for there to be a large space in the bra, and she finally brought me a box of bras. It was taking a long time, and I needed a bra for a work event the next day and was on my lunch break. I had my son with me and needed to get him where he had to go, so I quickly purchased two bras so I would have something to wear the next day. As I was purchasing my bra, there were photos of people who were "Stealing" from the store next to the cash register. I should have just left and not purchased the bras, but I was out of time and needed something to wear. When I got home from work I tried them on again, and the sizing still didnt feel right. The waist line was too tight, and the bra was uncomfortable and itchy. I immediately called the store and the owner answered, and said I couldnt get a refund unless I brought it in before they closed because they have a problem with thieves, and they were closing in two minutes. Obviously, I couldnt make it to the store in time. I asked if I could come in the next morning and she said no, that I couldnt get a refund because they have issues with employees stealing. Nice. I put the phone on speaker so my husband could hear how awful this woman was to talk with. She said I was a grown up and that I was old enough to wear a bra, purchase it, and that it was my mistake and that she wasnt going to fix it for me because Im an adult. She said it was my fault that I didnt like the bra. I told her she was rude, and she said her customers are rude and thats why she has to be so rude. Well, I am a grown up, and as a grown adult, I will now make the choice to never shop there again. I like to support small businesses and this is why I went there, but this place was awful from beginning to end. This woman is a thief, and obviously needs 130$ so bad that she cant give a refund when someone is not happy with their product.

SO disappointed. I bought four bras here and ended up returning all of them. I was not pleased by the quality and upon calling to see if I could return all four for a full refund based on customer satisfaction, they encouraged me to send them back and ensured that I would get a full refund. WELL, I sent them all back and was only refunded for three. Due to "signs of wear" they would not refund me for the fourth. I called in to their customer service number to explain that I was comforted and told that I would indeed get a full refund. Now, Ive been working in retail management for close to ten years. I understand returns and losses, damages and the like. In my opinion, if you have a dissatisfied customer, you do whatever you can to rectify the situation. My intention was to exchange the bras I had purchased for different models, however that will not be the case. I spoke with Bonnie on the phone and she told me she absolutely would not refund or credit me the cost of the bra even though I found it to be uncomfortable and lacking in support. She also said, "We provide THE BEST service in the country when it comes to bras," in the most elitist tone Ive ever experienced as a customer in my life. Its too bad that I spent close to $300, and that I was willing to spend more to find the right bra, but because they wouldnt take a $40 loss for the sake of customer satisfaction that they have no lost all my business. What a drag.

Worst experience ever. I went to this store because I am a big chested individual. Its hard to find my size in regular stores. I went to get fitted and this older lady measured me. Ive never been fitted and measured in the way she measured me before which I thought it was weird. When she brought the bras they didnt even hook around me at all. I told her it didnt fit. She had the nerve to insist I was a size bigger. I told her that couldnt be because the one Im wearing was perfect and the size she mentioned is not my size. Then she had the nerve to say maybe I should lose a little weight. Oh my goodness was I furious. I got up and left. I went to Victoria secret and they told me the measurements the lady told me wasnt correct at all. Thankfully Victoria Secret had a few my size and it was in sale. Will never return again to the Wizard of Bras. The type of bras they sell they were probably made 20 years ago.

Her comment to me was "if you believe everything online, then you should go with that". Hm. I had heard about this store some time ago and was interested to see if they could help me with my needs. But when I went online to get their exact location, I was concerned about the reviews I read. Alot of the reviews for this establishment are very negative. I am quite a distance from their store and am not interested in making the drive if I couldnt get the service I was hoping for. So I called first and stated my purpose and my concern. I was abruptly transferred from an associate to the owner herself, Bonnie. No reassurance, no comfort, certainly no customer service words. Just "if you believe every thing online..." What a shame! Needless to say I wont be making the drive, and frankly Im not sure anyone else should either.

I hadnt been measured for a bra since high school and I knew my body had drastically changed. I found nothing but courteous women who helped me accept that my bra size had grown along with my body. They found attractive bras in my size and suggested that I purchase just a few until I became more accustomed to my new bra size. The decor isnt the worlds loveliest, but the stock is amazing. My salesgirl was working on two women at the same time, but I was greatly impressed with her professionalism and the respectful manner in which she handled me. Ive already decided Im returning in a few months to purchase a few more bras and the stock girl assured me that if they do not have "pretty ones" that I like, theyll order some for me. I highly recommend them.

If you have a hard to find bra size (like a small band and large cup), visit these ladies! They have every size and they are stocked with boxes full of each size that you can purchase on the spot. They have pretty designs too so you dont have to sacrifice style for comfort. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, they really try to get what you want. Bought 2 bras and an amazing sports bra that actually holds me in place. Im headed back to buy swim suits - they have underwire suits (hard to find)! I live in WA now but havent found anywhere else that comes even close. A little pricier than Target for example but the quality is excellent. If you want an amazing fit, go here!
