What a scam is this Fontana Smoke Shop… What a scam is this Fontana Smoke Shop 9810 Sierra Ave., Suite A2. On 6/26/13 around 5:00 pm, I stopped to buy a carton of cigarette and I had a coupon for $37.99 and they refused the coupon by saying that it will cost you $1.00 more. They did not honored the coupon and they told me to read at the very bottom of the Penny Saver Ad that the price is subject to change without notice. Fortunately, on my way to Stater Bros near Sierra and Jurupa, there is a Tobacco Leaf Smoke Shop at 11551 Sierra Ave. that honored my Fontana Smoke Shop coupon so instead of wasting your time at Fontana Smoke Shop, I suggest that you bring your coupon to Tobacco Leaf and they will honor the coupon and you will not get ripped off.

the Indian guy and lady who work here (or own it) have absolutely zero customer service. I asked a question and he looked at me pissed off like I should know. he then told me he had to close. basically buy or leave. obviously I didnt buy anything from this excuse of a human being and I dont plan on coming back. cigarette prices were typical. selection on glassware was low and cheap quality. customer service was horrible. heres a tip for the owner, you are not going to be in business for very long if you treat people with disrespect. we are the reason you eat! good luck to you.

Best smoke shop i have been to ever! Mr Patel was very helpful and patient with me as i went to buy a vape to quit cigs which i had zero knowledge about. Spent 30 minutes talking and joking about vapes and oils and made suggestions for me which im super happy with! Love my vape and my oil havent had a cig in 2 weeks since i bought my setup. If you do smoke cigs his prices are still the best after April tax increase under $7..for most. Vapes as well! Thats my spot now nowhere else. Try this place its awesome.

Unbelievable until I went in. Shop I used to go to was closed and read the reviews about Mr Patel. Called to see if he had what I was looking for. I was shocked once I got there! Customer service was like no other and he made sure I was happy. What started as one bottle of jucie to hold me over turned out to be 3 at a really good price. I didnt believe it but the reviews are true. This place is great. You will not be sorry paying him a visit. Thanks Mr. Patel. I will be back.

This is the only smoke shop I will shop at. The man & woman who run the shop make you feel like family. A few times there were items they either ran out of or didnt carry and they went out of their way to get me the product I was looking for. They have great pricing & a great selection, but nothing compares to their customer service. They treat everyone wonderfully. You have to visit the shop to know what I am talking about. This is the only shop my family and I will use.

Patel is friendly since the first time i went there havent went to no other smoke shop since. Hes always willing to give me the best deals. He told me when i walk in dont pay attention to the prices because hes always works a deal with me. Also i was low on cash and needed to buy a quick fix plus for a job he let me get it and pay the rest later in which i did. Not too many businesses like that nowadays. Need more like this one. Owner Patel is so awesome, he is always working.. great prices, great customer service. My first time coming in he offered you the shirt off his back I would have taken it too but it didnt fit it was too tight LOL.. very knowledgeable on every product he carries in the store there will be something new in his shop every day.. this is my one and only smoke shop

Very knowledgeable and super friendly dudes -- they have all the supplies you need to either get into vaping or head-shop supplies. Staff is worth it alone -- been customer for couple years. I bought new vape this morning; had my own issue using it -- but a quick phone call to them, they were responsive and set me right. Great guys. A+++

Store is under new mangement now. I guess the older guy and his wife are no longer there. The new manager Patel is a good guy. They didnt have my cigars I wanted but he told me he would get them by next week. Marlboro carton orices were pretty good. Ill be back again for sure.

I just left this facility and im just in shock i didnt know about it sooner the glass is exotic, the prices are great, the selection is wide and the managment is very friendly and easy to talk to. I RECOMMEND IT AND WILL BE THERE FOR CHRISTMAS SHOPPING
