The Overseer

This is by far the most awesome auto parts store I have ever come across! Whatever it is I need - they always seem to have it, the staff are extremely helpful, polite and always friendly and the prices for parts is so low it almost feels like youre stealing them! I got brand new rotors for my truck for only $30 per side, premium brake pads for under $50 which come with a lifetime warrantee! They even had the mirror replacement glass I needed right there on the shelf and they helped me recharge the A/C in my mercedes benz (which the wife drives) right outside in the parking lot! (so now I have scored all kinds of brownie points with the missus too!) Now here I am @ 8:00pm on a Tuesday night, working on my truck and in need of a part... I jump on the computer to see if they are even open this late - and YES they are actually open till 10:00pm! Unbelievable! I just cannot recommend this store highly enough, they are simply the greatest! Whatever it is you need - head on down and see them, I promise you wont regret it!

Walked into Autozone off lincoln and walker asked for assistance buying antifreeze Michael the associate pointed to the back and said its along the wall. I was not sure what kind to get, because of the type of car i have. Another associate asked Michael to show me. He walked me to the back in pointed at a chart for me to look at. I then asked for someone else to assist me and i was assisted. But Michael does not have customer service skills how can your establishment allow this type of treatment

Tried to special order a part and the employee didnt order it, because it was a special order their rules are pay first, the employee never asked for payment and said I can pay when the part comes in. So Im no pay or part. Another employee could not find the part to special order.
