Made a purchase as a gift for a friend, discovered a crack when taking the piece out of the packaging. When I returned to exchange the cracked piece first I was told I couldnt be helped because it had been a week, then because he wasnt the guy who sold it to me, then because he thought I was the one who broke it. It really blows to have to argue and raise your voice at somebody to purchase an item thats not broken. After asking several times if he would call somebody who could give him permission to exchange the piece for me he did and then repeatedly told me that I was a very lucky man. I dont feel lucky just for making a purchase and expecting it to be unbroken. Ive purchased from the shop a few times in the past, they have a great selection of products but will never shop there again. Its the worst feeling to be treated like a jerk by the staff and accused of lying. In response to the owner saying that is was a misunderstanding of store policies: This was not the issue. I asked several times for the guy helping me to make a call to ask permission. He was intentionally being rude, accusing me of lying, and when he finally did make the call and made the exchange, he held the piece out for me and when I reached out to take it he yanked it back away from me. The issue is that I was treated with extreme disrespect which was disappointing because I had a great experience when making the purchase and with purchases Ive made at your shop in the past.

This smoke shop just recently opened and my husband and already LOVE IT! The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable, you cant miss it,they have a great variety of products for amazing prices! Just stopped by there today and rrcieved great service. I thought there prices were already reasonable and they still decidesd to hook me up anyway walked out of there with a bong a bowl piece and a carrying case for a really great price. Highly Recomended.

I have been to Smokeyz a few times before. I really like the merchandise, and the staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have a lot of very nice glass pipes of various sizes, shapes and colors. I will definitely be returning.
