Generally I really like this Walgreens, their staff are excellent and they are always helpful BUT... I needed a scrip refilled, went in, they cant do it as their computers are down. OK, fair enough. Next day, computers are not only still down but the server has to be rebuilt and they probably wont be up an running again until after the weekend. I am instructed to go to another branch four miles away. This I do, line up, wait, get to the counter only to be told that they dont have my prescription in stock, it is on back order and has been so for a couple of months, and that even Safeway doesnt have it.. Seriously? They couldnt have told me that when I first asked for the refill? My scrip, a quite common one, is something that you cannot suddenly stop taking without serious adverse side effects. Eventually found my local Frys has it in stock, however, they now have to have everything transferred over to them before they can give it to me. If I am lucky, I may have meds to take by tomorrow morning. Walgreens, you have just lost a pharmacy customer.

When I have to get prescriptions filled I get them here cause its close and never have issues. Only thing that bugs me with this particular location is one of the young ladies that works in the makeup area, literally followed me everywhere telling me about products i dont want and would NOT let me shop in peace. Seriously, was so aggressive and would not let me just purchase what I wanted, I eventually took my items to the front register to get away from her. This was awhile ago, not sure if she still works there, but I havent been there since. Ugh.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. 4 workers and only one is at the register. Waited over 20 minutes, first in line while they waited on one customer. Talking about friends and family never paying attention to what they were doing. At least say "well be with you in a minute". Unbelievable.
