I have been a Verizon customer for years. Prior to going to the West Linn Verizon store I would have said it was a less than helpful, always too busy and a long time to wait for help. I had even considered changing providers. My experience at this store changed my mind. The employees at the West Linn store are exceptional! For my latest experience just a few days ago I was reluctant to go in because my favorite manager had left to have her baby. Although I miss Brittany and her excellent, friendly, fast, competent costomer service, I have to say without question that the current manager, Tim exceeds at his job as well. He truly went the extra mile to help me sort out my phone issues (adding my elderly parents while at the same time replacing my daughters phone that fell in the River). He took his time, explained everything in a way I could understand and helped me get the best plan possible. He answered all my questions (which I had a lot of) with patience. I would also have to say that he did all this while competently training someone beside him the entire time. It was clear to me that he not only was excellent at his job but is also an excellent manager in how he was training. The trainee, Levi was also handling things with ease and competence. Clearly his Manager was giving him the room he needed to learn along with the confidence to do his job. Way to go, Gentlemen. I hope your recognized for a job well done! ~Wendy Frankle

I have had 3 very bad experiences in this store. Live and learn...but I will never go back now. They are not very helpful or knowledgeable. When I got a new iphone, the salesperson gave me wrong information about how to transfer everything to my new phone from the old one. Additionally, they dont really do anything for you there, but they just direct you to go to MyVerizon online. The manager doesnt listen to valid complaints/concerns as I relayed my 1st bad experience to her and she just smiled and nodded. I actually gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back there to buy my son an iphone and add him to our plan. But again...the service was awful; I was not about to give them my business, so I went to the Verizon store in Clackamas. It was a night and day difference. The store is amazing, the people are very helpful and super friendly. Not only was that a great experience, I also learned from them that the WL location is not an official Verizon store...but merely a retailer for Verizon. No wonder the service is so terrible. Dont waste your time there.

My husband, and I had a similar experience at this store. They gave him a temporary number until his old cell number, from another provider, could be transferred over. The transfer wasnt done properly, and we had to return twice to have it completed. For our trouble we were charged, in addition to the activation fees, another $ 37.00 dollars to disconnect the temporary number. I have contested this through customer service, and was told that it would be reversed. At no time did the employees at the store tell us that we would incur this fee, if we had a temporary number. My phone was registered to someone else, and when I called my land line my name showed up as theirs. When I returned to the store regarding this complaint, I was told it was an Apple issue, it was not. Finally I was able, after several calls to Verizon customer service, to get this resolved. However, I then received a charge of 42.00 for them to "edit" my phone. This is also to be removed from my bill. Ill believe it when I see it. Thus far my experience with Verizon has been a happy one.

Everytime I walk into this Verizon store I see a man by the name of Daniel Zachariya or something along those lines... regardless this young man is mature beyond his years and is nothing short of a joy to work with! He is a triple threat.. smart, funny and a good trustworthy salesman. He quadruple checks things just to make sure all possible information has been disclosed and understood with all of his customers. My friend Daniel is one of those people that not only do you think he is very helpful but by the end of your visit you genuinely think is a new friend of yours! on my most recent visit I witnessed him walk an elderly customer through every question he could have possibly asked about a cellphone and Daniel was cool, calm and respectful the whole way through, he even walked the elderly man to his car after everything was all said and done! For a 19 year old teenager he had me shocked with his outstanding customer service, his respectful mannerisms and his professionalism as a worke! Thank you and keep up the Good work my friend!

My phone got stolen and I had no idea what to do. I had a very important business call on my phone number that I needed to be available for. I went to this verizon store in West Linn looking for a solution. Right when i walked in, there was two consultants right there to help me. two young kids but boy did they know what they were doing, i think their names were brittany and joe. they set me up with a new smartphone on my same number and i just love it!! its the perfect phone for me and im very satisfied with the customer service I got. The guy even walked out to my car to assist me with hooking my phone up to my cars bluetooth. I highly recommend this Verizon Store to anyone in the area!

THANK YOU DANIEL ZAKARIYA! This man did an awesome job helping me through every possible twist and turn I tried to stump him with! I was devastated walking in and this Charismatic, smart and FUNNY young man did such an awesome job of helping me neutralize every single question and concern I could have possibly thought of. I cannot explain how happy I was to deal with such a competent and knowledgeable Verizon representative! I always had my doubts about Verizon but this handsome young man helped restore my faith in Verizon as brand and for that I applaud him! not to mention quite the looker!

Walked out of this store empty handed for the third time this year. I called ahead and verified they had the phone I wanted to buy. I arrived at the store, they got it from the stockroom, I asked the full retail price, they told me. I got out a credit card to pay, and was told they dont actually sell the phone. They only sell plans. I could only get the phone if they sold me a new plan, or a new 2 year contract on one of my current plans. So, now I know to call stores, ask if they have the product I want, AND ask if they are actually willing to sell me that product.

In an age of offshore Customer Service that is abysmal to say the least, I have found an oasis of excellent customer service in a desert of apathy. Rian and Bennie are and have been the best I have dealt with in a very long time. They were knowledgeable, patient and willing to go the extra mile on all levels of service. This includes phone calls for help. Keep it up team. You remind me of the America I grew up with and that really means the world to me. I will recommend West Linns Diamond Wireless/Verizon to everyone I know. If you want the best forget the rest...
