Whoever is running this store should be fired and replace with someone competent. I understand the long lines to check out during the holidays especially 2 days before Christmas. What I dont understand is at the register station, there are only 2 registers open, when all 6 should have been open. I waited almost 1 hour to pay for the merchandise. I lost track of all the customers who were fed up of waiting and dumping all the merchandise at the nearest rack. All those lost sales because Sears couldnt find more employees to open up more registers. Guess they dont care about their customers. I see workers standing around and overheard them saying how long the lines are. This is why Sears is losing money every year and eventually will be out of business. I enjoy shopping at Sears but I wont be returning to this Sears.

I bought an Elliptical from Sears Staten Island and Also paid for Shipping and Installation. I got a call 3 days later confirming the delivery for the next day. The next morning I got a call from the representative asking if i received the call from the warehouse and I said no and she told me to call and look for my elliptical which I paid money for. I asked her to do it because its not my job as a customer calling their warehouses and looking for my purchase. They never delivered the item so I was calling a store manager or anyone there but noone picked up the phone, they actually hang up on me. Their phone system is from 1980s they are so unprofessional and they confirmed Delivery for 3 days and did not deliver

Bad News at S.I. Sears. The sales associate was slow and incompetent. In addition to failing attempts to provide price check against Best Buy, she drained my gift cards and cancelled the sale. Then Manager/Public Safety officer showed up. He got aggressive attitude and attempted to "dispose" of me, without resolving missing money issue. It got to the point that I was forced to call NYPD! Only then I received printed receipt that the charge was cancelled. Nevertheless, the money is gone for eight days needed for the gift card to be replenished. In return I got my appliance at Best Buy - Hustle free.

I used to love Sears and always went there to buy cosmetics a few years back. They had great deals and sold drugstore makeup that werent available anywhere else at the time. They also had great sales on the cosmetics- Everything was Buy 1, Get 1 30% off. However, they removed the cosmetics & perfume department, and put cheap jewelry in its place. Never went back ever since.

Sometimes you get good service most of the time you dont in the tool department and you have a small selection call ahead to check if they have something in stock & double check if its made in America craftsman doesnt make a lot of there stuff here anymore

Never buy an appliance from Sears especially with an extended warranty. They do not honor the agreement. Support is over seas not US based. Horrible support and service. Taking Sears 3 week to attempt repairs.

Bought new tires on march 28, today is june 8 and Ive been back 3 times for tire issues. I have to wait at least 3 hours each time ! Ive spent more time in sears than driving the car !
