I spent $800 on the new Samsung two weeks ago. The charger stopped working so I took it in and explained with hopes that they would help. I was told theres nothing they can do and to call Samsung. Thats a joke... I called samsung and they told me to send in the charger for warranty and itll be three weeks before its returned. I nearly drove back to return the phone. I called att customer service and theyre sending a new one. Hours of hassle for a $2 cable. Not happy and wont shop from the CL location again.
If there was a way to give no stars I would. These people are literally the most useless people in the entire world. We have been customers for 15 years and love AT&T but every time we come to this store in the last 3 years they have literal not once been able to help us with anything. Today we came in money in hand and still couldnt help us get a phone. We have to call the main office every time and spend hour on the phone. You should all be fired pathetic all of you!
Been a customer for years and the people who work here are great. Just walked in with a phone that wasnt charging. Walked out with that fixed as well as a solved a bunch of other issues we didnt even know we had, found discounts for the phone bill we didnt know existed, stuff like that. All around fantastic customer service every time I visit.
Dont believe that guy that said they couldnt fix a samsung, Scott bent over backwards for me, Fixed my phone for free,helped me find my whole photo album that I thought I lost, Them he saved me 30 bucks a month on my tv bill with only a 2 year contract . This was service at it finest people !!!
We have been going to this store from the beginning. When it was a franchise, the service stunk. Once AT&T made it a company store, the expertise and service was exactly what we needed. We have had nothing but informed, polite and fast service from this store.
Customer service is horrible and are not willing to resolve issues. I am a couple of days out of the return policy for my 6s iPhone. They refuse to return it and now I am stuck with an iphone I cant use.
Just awful. All of the employees are rude and unhelpful... I was going to spend close to a thousand dollars today but left because of how awful I was treated. Such a Joke.
Staff wont return phone calls and probably some of the most driest personalities Ive seen in awhile. Not exactly the best way to start off a potential relationship.

Personal, friendly, pro staff and products. They dont upsell you if you tell them not to!
Prices are high but they have a good selection of phones. Coverage is spotty
