I love this place!! I love the roti buns cookie butter is my fav i love the oreo milk tea and the churro ice cream sandwich is delicious!! The mangonada is pretty good and the gelato waffle is yummy too!! I drive from Gilroy just so i can get some. Its worth the drive.

This place has great service and will deliver your food/drinks in little time. I personally love the milk teas here, especially the Oreo milk tea with boba. The ice cream is pretty good as well, and you cant go wrong with the flavored teas.

Churros are made fresh for the churro gelato sandwiches! Gelato also made fresh daily. Atmosphere is a little unique with the artwork on the walls. Definitely worth checking out!
