I refuse to go to this location anymore. I normally go to autozone, but I choose to go to O Reilly if in lake stevens. They are rude, not helpful and even worse, tend to give you the wrong part. I know that most of them have hardly worked anywhere more suffocated than a Jiffy Lube but they cant even read a basic car part book correctly. I am always better off just figuring it out on my own or going to O Reilly. At least at O Reilly they care to do their job and ask some questions back to make sure they might have given some damn assistance in the right direction. Save your time or drive a little farther or you could likely be driving back.

Very very very good ( like Trump speech) sale people. They are very helpful in term of assist you around the store and search for parts you need. Very customers oriented. There is a parts store close to my house, about 3 minutes but i do not go there. I go to see and get my parts from these folks at this autozone location. They make me feel welcome there. So folks, i will drive for 15 mins instead of 3 mins to see these guys. Keeping the good job that you guys are doing. Customers start to notice what you guys doing. For me it is a 2 thumbs up.

Looking for an adapter for their coolant pressure testing kit they have for rent in store. They found one for my car but i would have to buy it and it was 54 bucks. Also they didnt sound confident that the adapter they were bringing would actually work with my year and model of vehicle. So I just decided to scrap it. Called back and cancelled the order for the adapter and located a different auto shop that was successful in getting an adapter same day.

Absolutely horrible service, stood in line for 10 minutes, when its finally my turn the dumb ass with the glasses helps someone who just walked in the door, I am not sure if he is that rude or that stupid either way I will never be back, I felt like I was invisible.

staff too busy explaining to other staff what something was that they needed to be bothered helping me find what i needed! finally found it but decided to go across the street to the competition where they were happy to help me and were cheaper!

I go in, the staff is super friendly. They treat us as if were family. They allow my daughter to pick things out for her daddy and let her help with buying things. My husband and I love comin into Lake Stevens Autozone to find what we need.
