After being sold something that didnt work as promised, I returned to this shop within 5 minutes to exchange it for a functioning battery but was greeted with ANGER and HOSTILITY from the clerk OMAR. I wasnt trying to get a refund, I was just trying to exchange my purchase and HE COMPLETELY WENT NUTS. My total was $24. Since I paid with 2 $20 bills, he gave me $16 in change and because he didnt even let me get a word out he started ranting "I CANT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY, UNTIL YOU GIVE ME $16 FIRST." Actually Omar, I didnt even want my money back, I wanted to buy something else but because you went CRAZY and almost attacked me across the counter all I wanted at that point was to get the hell out of there. I cant believe you were given a job, consider anger management classes instead. That was a terrifying experience!!

Went in, asked to see a piece. Guy randomly decides halfway through talking to us that hes gonna serve someone else. Then after that, calls someone and changes the price on the piece we wanted. The price tag was explicitly 30$ and he changed it just for us to 35$. And on top of that ignored us. Honestly confused. He seemed like a new worker. Ive never had such a poor customer experience in my life. Its kind of astounding that this business is still running when their new hirees are driving away customers. Luckily I walked out before getting angry. Will be not be going back anytime in the future. Kinda depressing cause I used to like this place.

This store is selling used and broken items. I purchased an item where one of the coils were broken so it failed to light up. Along with that, the item itself was filled with oil. Rude customer support as well. Went into the store to see if it was possible to get some kind of store credit or exchanged but the sale associate claimed that we had smoked with it as well as broken it. If you buy stuff, make sure its new and fully working before purchasing because you might end up in the same boat as me

Prices for chew are good, so I had asked for a log which they could supply. Had asked if I could get them to order me one since its something they carry and he told me know problem, owner comes in Monday to pick up order form. Long story short, walked in there every week for three weeks being greeted by the same guy with know log there and know care that it wasnt there. Lost me as a customer. To many other places to go.
