I tried this CVS after having multiple horrible experiences at the CVS on Williamsburg Blvd in Arlington. I had 3 RXs to drop off, only 1 of which they had. They said the wait time was 30 minutes and that was fine. A little longer than the standard 20 min they usually promise, but at least they were up front. 40 minutes pass and I was called to the register, thinking my RX had finally been filled. My Rx had yet to be filled, they had not even put it in the system, they needed my new insurance card, which doesnt make sense because Ive already had multiple Rxs filled with my new insurance for the new year. Come to find out, they had the wrong profile for my name, wrong insurance, wrong DOB. They ask me for my SSN, which isnt even necessary for my insurance. 50 minutes later I finally leave the store with my Rx. Ive worked in the pharmacy as a tech for CVS for 4 years. I know how busy it can get, but the way they handled the situation was unbelievable! The tech should input the RX in while youre at the counter, tell you whether it did/did not go thru the insurance, and then tell you the wait time. Had that been done, they would have saved me 20+ minutes at this store. I am now officially done filling all Rxs at any CVS. I went to Wegmans in Fairfax and it was a pleasant experience and will now be having all of my Rxs transferred when it comes time for refills. Bye-bye CVS!

This pharmacy has the worst service ever! With the exception of a couple technicians, two young men, the rest of the technicians are clueless and could care less. The managers are obviously not managing the staff and therefore the service is terrible. Refills are rarely ready for pick-up, although were enrolled in the automatic refill program and get numerous calls that medicines are ready for pick-up. Needless to say we end up having to wait another 30 minutes to pick-up the refills that were "ready for pick up" according to the calls ...

I was reluctant to go in there after reading the reviews but decided to take a shot. Just ordered my first prescription fill and they totally messed it up. I was supposed to get 10 pills and I only had 5 in it. When I called them, they asked me to come in you get it changed. Its very much possible that I didnt even get the right medication which is highly dangerous! Stay away from this place, going to switch out my pharmacy after this pick up.

Korean or Asian lady working @ pharmacy stated we do not have this my medication, however we have it in a milder mg. She did not offer to order the doctors exact pain prescription or call another CVS. I ended going to another CVS on my own and my exact prescription was ordered. She has a no care, no concern attitude with me and the other customers as I waited in line. Where is the good customer service for CVS corporation?

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. I was given the incorrect medication and after taking it for a month I went to refill it and they said oops we gave you the wrong medicine. Thats it! I absolutely hate this place. Theyve made me wait for forever in the past after saying it will be only 20 min wait and they dont know how to count because my medication was two pills short. Stay away from here!

If I could zero I would too. These incompetent rude distracted smelly foreign women who staff the pharmacy are an embarrassment to any company. Cant call a cell phone, fill within hours of promise or even know the pharmacy hours in which they work. Worst.

I hope the CVS company management check this poor ratings... Pharmacy staff lost my 12 month old prescription and all they cared about is am holding the drive-through lane. :( I wish there were a Negative feedback.

Good service. Courteous and friendly staff. Not sure why there are bad reviews. The drive in at times can remain unattended. Only disappointment is the location stopped being a 24/7 acess point.

I needed to refill 4 prescriptions and THOUGHT it would be easy. Not So!!! This store is a 24 hour pharmacy but I guess only when they want to be. They were closed!!!
