GUANAGUANAGUANAGUANA ACA

I was there yesterday. After driving 680 miles. Went inside the store, and ask for a pot roast plate! There were a Manager (A man w/ blue T-shirt) and an attendant (woman) The Manager start serving and trowing the food like very angry, the gravy from roast spills on the plate and even outside, and the portions he serve were very small comparing other stores, VERY BAD ATTITUDE, I ask for an extra scoop and he said he will be charge me 3.00 dollars extra,, I assume he was kidding, but in the cashier he moves the cashier lady on a side, and start typing adding 3.00 dollars more for a miserable small scoop, I told him that I dont want the food any more because his attitude, he immediately change, then he was very smailing, friendly and told me: "Im will take 3.00 off but please take the food with you". I told him first how he served the food very angry and his attitude. I didnt want the food. THATS WHY I DONT STOP ON THIS STORE, AND I WONT STOP ON FUTURE TIMES. I WILL DRIVE MORE TO ANOTHER LOCATION After this bad experience and tired I drove 40 more miles to the next flying J at franklin KY AVOID THIS STORE!!!

I went in to get a shower and cashier informed me that they were no showers because no one was there to clean them. Manager should have had someone to clean them. They were at least six if not more employees there. That was very unprofessional especially at night when truckers are wanting showers. Told the cashier that the main reason I stopped there was to get a shower and all she said was well Im sorry. Went into the drivers lounge and drivers were sitting in there with light fixtures and wiring hanging from the ceiling all the way down to the floor. Very unsafe and who wants to sit in a lounge like that to relax after a long day. No longer place to sit.eat meal

The only reason I didnt like this pilot is because of the lady in DQ, when she made my blizzard it was really runny and I ask her to remake me another one she got really mad and made me feel uncomfortable I will never stop at this place ever again this is why I dont ever like stopping at pilot truck stops they are all like this but this one is way worse then other for the DQ side and shes even a lead manager I just dont understand if you dont like ur job u have then maybe go get one that you like dont take it out on the ppl that the reason you have a job if it wasnt for the ppl going in there then ppl like that would not a have job there .......

Idk why people are saying anything bad about this place!! Its one of the cleanest, friendliest, better stocked places Ive been to in the last 3 years!!! And trust me... Some of the places Ive been, I wouldnt send my worst enemy to piss on them!!! The staff took time out to help me and CAT scale figure out why the CAT scale app wasnt working here. The cashier even suspended my transaction happily and waited patiently while I went to get the info she needed for payment!!! Truck stops fill up at night... Thats everywhere anymore!!! This is one stop Id make anytime I am in the area!!!!!

Honestly, one of the best Pilots available. The main level of this 2-story facility has a very big store and a great food selection (pizza, salads, and the usual Flying J food bar), as well as 2 restaurants. The upstairs has been completely remodeled and has a large drivers lounge with big screen TV, a more-than-adequate modern weight room, and several newly-renovated showers that are larger than most other truck stops offer. Ample truck and car parking, as well as a great friendly staff.

I will not use a self service checkout unless they want to give me a discount for doing the cashiers job! 1/10/15 1220 am - No regular registers open, only self checkout and a line 12 deep. Two employees helping people check out at the self checkout instead of opening a damn register! I spoke to corporate and I hope they pull those stupid self checkout registers out

Its ok got gas and an "ultimate car wash" at the pump, but the code only worked for a regular wash. I sent an email with a complaint and they responded quickly. They are going to give me coupon for another wash if I ever get there when the manager is in. So if you want ok service and get what you pay for you will get it sooner or latter.

The attendant behind the counter was very rude disrespectful acts like she hates her job and does not deal well with the public. It is sad because it is a nice truck stop but one person likes like this makes you not want to even piss on it if it was on fire. She talks to you like youre a dumbass and have no business in the store.

There is no one working maintenance on 3rd shift, so no clean showers after midnight. I finally found the manager after 0600 and she got someone to clean a shower. It was still not very clean and the floor had not been moped in a while. All trash cans overflowing and trash on the floor on both floors.

Wow the cleanist bathrooms I have ever seen at a pilot and I have been to 48 states at least 6× each. The employees are nice and helpful and actually do their courticy check. Big well stocked store easy parking and lots of green grass for pets not a biohazard of pee bottles its actually clean.

My initial review of this location was not so great but I must say pilot has a great management team that reached out to me the next day and took care of everything thank you guys so much it means so much to see that good cx service is still out here and a special shout out to Joey!!

Store is going through a lot of renovation. Slow going like its a retirement project. Back lot has overflowing trash cans. Told cashier which she radioed to let others know then told guy on scooter which he said he will take care of it. 3 hours later still overflowing.

DRIVERS BEWARE... There is a large group of homeless drug addicts that hang out at this Pilot. They will knock on your doors and even bother women. When I ask them to go away a man jumped on my truck and called me a bunch of nasty names. I had to call the cops.

I would say it cleaned in the out side the showers upstairs has the worst smell I felted like if Im showing in the pound ... Lord have mercy this is gross CEO Mr. Jimmy need to know about this is bad . God bless and I cant wait to get out of here. Geewee

Dont go there unless u want ur trk hit manger i guess drive a trk he thinks theres plenty of room to make corners when trk r parked where theres no parking or hes scared of trk drivers my 2017 kw barely made it thru the nite i didnt sleep any

Long wait for mediocre shower. Laundry sucked. 2 washers and only one dryer out of 4 was working and it took forever ended up taking damp clothes to the truck to air dry! guys sleeping in the fuel isle with curtains pulled! Wont stop again!
