I would give no stars if I could I dont really expect people to read my story but anyways heres what happend.I am a 13 year old boy (In 2017) me and my friend biked a long way to get to Walgreens because they had portable phone chargers for 14.99 which was an affordable price compared to some other stores. We walked in the store and headed twords the "tech" area in which they has the portable chargers. We look at the chargers and a Walgreens employee walks up to us, she says "ok boys its time to leave" I was really confused 30 seconds havent even passed since we entered the store. I said "maam we just got here my friend needs a portable charger" she just responded "I dont care just grab it pay and leave" she was pushing us towards the exit. "Can I just go and buy the charger?" My friend exclaimed, she just shook her head and said "its a policy no unsupervised children". It made me really think when did they have this policy the next day I went back to the same Walgreens with my mom to follow the stupid rule the employee made up. Luckily the rude employee wasnt working (made my day) and I went up to the cash register and asked "is there a policy about children being in this store without supervision by an adult must be kicked out?" She happily said "No" I was disgusted by the actions of the woman who kicked us out. I wondered why was it because we were kids that "looked like trouble"? Or is it simply because she is a racist woman that doesnt want non-caucasian kids in her store? Racist? Ive seen many children the same age as me walk in and the same woman actually welcomes them. And asks if they want help locating something on the store of course the kids she is kind to are Caucasian. I honestly should not be talking she did welcome us to the store , with a big fat "leave" thanks for reading if you got to this part of my review from the bottom of my heart, thank you

Ive been coming to this Walgreens for over a year now...the store itself is great, theres even a nice gentlemen with very cool hair, who greets you immediately as you walk in and always asks you if you need help. HOWEVER their pharmacy is the exact opposite. Its as if the pharmacy doesnt even follow the same expectations as the store itself. The entire staff besides maybe 2 workers (wish I could remember their names) are RUDE and UNACCEPTABLE with their VERY obvious attitudes. Ive had workers in the pharmacy argue with me over the phone, talk about me while I was waiting in the drive thru-you are in front of a glass window (duh) and just recently I had to TELL a pharmacist over the phone HOW to do their job since they couldnt read notes under my profile from my doctor who had sent them this information months ago! Talk about unacceptable. The service Ive had is just pathetic and inexcusable. I am a manager at a very busy company where customer service is #1 and I have never once felt like customer service was important to this pharmacy. I will find another pharmacy to go to and tell all my friends and family in the area to STAY AWAY! Shame on whoever hired you and gave you the impression that the way you treat customers is OK. I doubt that I am the first customer to take my business elsewhere and I know I will not be the last.

Its so awful. In the past, I washed our passport photo (taken and dealt by ourselves modify as 3x2 fitting into a 4x6 print ) se via walmart w/ no problem. This time I did the same but because walmarts mail is slow and chose 1hour walgreen photo to get extra time for sending out. Once I got my 4x6 photo which is really dark and can not be used for any governmental use. Ridiculously, they put their passport advertisement in envelop. So I suspect they are on purpose to make this low-quality photo. We have nothing to do but still wait for our previous walmart order. If that is OK, we will definitely take pics to ask a return. Never ever go any business with them again, especially with photos.

I dont get the negative reviews. This has been my only pharmacy since I moved back to UA three years ago and I have zero complaints. All of the employees that I have run across in that time have been outstanding. The pharmacy staff are all hardworking, friendly and knowledgeable. As drugstores go, you wont find a better one than this particular Walgreens.

This organization decides to have their floor staff work on a federal holiday and close their pharmacy? Why be open if you can not 100% serve your customers. Poor choice Walgreens considering i needed antibiotics and went to the Market District and had it filled. I will never be back... 3 year customer lost.
