I was searching for a cord for my android phone and could only find iphone cords, so i politely ask the Electronics representive named Ralph, excuse me (since he was playing on his phone as if he isnt working, so were the other electronic reps either playing on phones or a tablet.). I said excuse me in a calm nice tone of voice, and politely said do you know where the android phone cords are i only see the iphone ones? He replied back unfortunately i do and took me to where they are they are where customers cant get to since they are under construction. He helped me find the cord but i was so pissed that i was respectful to him and he has no respect for customers or maybe himself also. He needs a manager to talk to him please. I am dealing with alot apart from this disrespectful experience at walmart, so you employees never know what is going on in someones life so take that second and alteast be respectful to the customers that pay to feed your familys and your way of life. The representatives name is Ralph and he works in the electronics department and couldnt even respectfully help me with something in his own department which was 15 steps away. Also the customer call center doesnt work please fix it and maybe next time comments like this wouldnt be shown to the public. Have a nice day.

The TLE at this location is the absolute worst...never bring your vehicle here. I went in for an oil change and a free tire rotation a month ago. Didnt get my rotation because of a made up excuse that my sway bars were broken (they arent) and my oil and transmission fluid were both over filled by their mechanics (I checked both a few weeks after service) after waiting for over an hour. Today I returned after a tire blowout to get a replacement. I arrived about 5 minutes before close, having in mind that I may not be able to get a tire due to the time. The associate whom I spoke to repeated over and over that they were closed and closed at 7. I simply asked if she would check if my tire was still under warranty and I was met with rudeness and attitude as well as the same answer "were closed" (at five minutes to 7). If you want to be disrespected and treated rudely by an incompetent, lazy fool and have your car serviced by people of the same standing, come in to this TLE. I will NEVER be back to this location for ANY reason.

If I could leave a 0 star rating, I would. We purchased a large tub of Parents Choice brand infant formula, but realized we got the wrong one. We called the store before coming in and spoke to a member of management, supposedly. We were told without a receipt we could even exchange for the correct formula. As I took the wrong formula to the service desk, I was told completely opposite of what we were told in the phone and the employees were INCREDIBLY rude. Will no longer be shopping at WalMart. Employees obviously need to be trained better, and management needs to be aware of policies. **Edit** After I told my boyfriend about my experience at the customer service desk, he asked to speak to a manager. He spoke to the same person I did, explained the same situation I did...and the manager was super friendly to him and exchanged the item. Apparently its acceptable to be rude to non-intimidating, female customers but not big, burley male customers...

Employees are so sad looking. Most look tired, defeated. Not too helpful. No cashier open to handle returns after 11 pm, like use to have. Easier for some of us to go at night when less people, to get parking space, store less crowded. Not enough help. Ever. Have to go to a price machine way at back of store for prices not marked ( there are ALOT of items not marked). Ask an employee a question, about half the time just answer ....I dont know.... They really cut down in the amt. of any one type of product, compared to years back. Ex. Use to have a great variety of something to chose from in health/ beauty. Cut the choices drastically. Always a Walmart brand, of course, but less products from other products in same category. A lot of my favorites were done away with. Quality of clothing is horrible. Cheaply made, thin cloth, etc. I try never to have to shop here.

WORST EVER Manager in Tire Center! Nancy the manager, wont fix a problem because she is the problem! Im sorry just dont fly anymore. I needed a tire fixed and oil change stopped in no cars figured everyone at lunch. Hit the button for assistance waited waited could hear someone on phone in office. Waited had to his button again.. Finally knocked on door Nancy came out starting she had no clue where the girl was that was suppose to be there.. She tells me tire center is closed it was 4:30-5pm. I asked why it wasnt posted on door. She just says Im sorry!! Same manager Ive had problems with before..I admit I snapped!! I gave you 3 chances NEVER AGAIN

Prices arent great, and they dont have a whole lot to choose from with infant/toddler boy clothes. Our last visit also involved a weirdo talking to us about my son being like a dog because we had a harness on him, while the man messed with his pants/belt. Its definitely a place to do some last minute late night shopping, but isnt the best place to bring your kids shopping at.

All I gotta say is lmao if ur feeling low about yourself. Just go to Walmart! They have some characters that come in. I seen a girl her husband and must have been the mother or mother in law. All was riding in scooters. Once they was finished shopping they all got off the scooters and walked out of the store perfectly fine. Welcome to Marion Ohio!

Cashiers not as friendly as I think they should be, hard to find sales associate when help is needed, but photo area sales associate super friendly always willing to help and answer questions. Restrooms, Usally need cleaning, shelves usually stocked not full but stocked. Deli has great rotisserie chickens.

just after checking out my girlfriend walked to the service desk and i took the kids to the car. The greeter would not let us leave because the receipt was @ the service desk with my girlfriend . They are rude & inconsiderate, will drive to delaware where people are treated with respect!!!

The large section of Ohio State items had been moved. I asked four different employees and nobody could tell me where it was nor did they offer to find out where it was. I drove over 25 miles to purchase an item that they had always carried. I went to Meijer. Thus is Paula Noyes.

Rarely ever more than 2 registers open at any given point in the day. Have visited this particular store several times at different points in the day... Holidays and non holidays, would not recommend for a quick in and out. But they have the best prices on almost everything.

I went there today for an oil change and new headlights. The service manager Marcus went out of his way to explain the different headlights and even nocked off the install fee because he accidentally gave me the wrong light and found the right one. Great customer service
