Now that Ive had a few days to think and test my phone, I have to say that not only are they great at telling people what would fit their life, but they are honest. Honest, hard working, hell of a fun bunch that really relives the whole "I have to buy a new phone now" blues. They all are knowledgable. All personable. I personally spoke with Erik. He was great with my mom (which is something I look for because she doesnt know what shes doing when it comes to electronics and if you try to force stuff on her Ill jump in.) But he didnt. He helped her out and was just a joy to be around. Then I busted out a few questions about phones that sometimes sprint employees just shrug. He knew and answered them confidently. He helped my mom get an employee discount that she couldnt get from anyone else cause they didnt know what they were doing. A gentlemen whos name I did not catch took apart my phone and got it on a different screen just to get my contacts over to my new one. Everyone is just great there. Really go above and beyond.

I absolutely love this place, i get both used and new phone here for the last couple of years, they are always friendly, efficient, and fast. you can always count on them when you need any fixing for your phone. I definitely recommend them.!

They have always taken care of anyone I have talk to that goes there. I have never had better service. They never over charge. Always feel welcome there and never pressured to buy. They dumb it if needed.
