Regardless of the time of day I seem to go in this store, there only seems to be two associates working, the wait is forever. Today I came in, the two customers being waited on were both getting new phones, we all know how long the process can take. Meanwhile there were still four people in front of me waiting. A third associate for smaller dealings would be nice.

Because they do a good job of satisfying the customers needs. They are always willing to do whatever necessary to solve any problem. And they all seem to have very good attitudes towards helping the customer.
