Last evening the small, Asian pharmacist, a man named Tony, I believe, defied the store manager and refused to sell me 1 package of 10 syringes for my dogs urgent Vetsulin shot. Six to 8 wks. prior another pharmacist accomodated my urgent need for a different syringe for my dog as I had just picked him up at the vet, late in the day, after being he had been hospitalized for a week and was sent home with the Humalin for him but needed syringes. I have never heard of an employee defying his Manager in front of customers in my life. I will NEVER use this or any other CVS pharmacy or store due to this unconscionable treatment and display of defiance. My dogs life is at risk due to this irreverant attitude. There will be a civil law suit filed if my dog dies or suffers undue damage because this pharmacist would not even work with me to get me through ONE injection. There are so many other pharmacists, employed and unemployed, out there who have the common sense and decency to work with a customer in such dire straits.

The pharmacy never gets it right. I ask them to refill meds, they tell me theres nothing on file, I contact my doctors office very unhappy that they never sent the scripts over, but they DID! These shouldve been filled a few days ago which is why Im there to pick them up in the first place... This happened 4 different times in the past year so the last time I went theres and the girl (always the same one) told me there was nothing in their computer to be refilled for me I asked her to look and make sure there was nothing on hold. Shockingly (sarcasm) they were all there! I will be transferring everything over to Walgreens. Not worth the frustration....

10:00 am....was told medication would be ready at noon! I dont need compounded medication. A very simple and common medication amd it will take 2 hours! We are already in their system... Will NEVER come back to this one. Will continue to use the CVS on 13 and woodward in Royal Oak...
