The person taking my order put in a French vanella coffee when I ordered a coke. This isnt the first time this happened so I got out of line and I left. On previous occasions, I ended up bringi g home food bags only to discover that I had the wrong order, and had to go back up to Tim Hortons to fix it. Sometimes my prepaid card was even charged more than it should of been.

Have to say some of the rudest people work here. They was good customer service a while back but if you ask for your coffee a certain way they get upset. I also have a discount card which when I said something they gave me complete disrespect and rudeness. They are really upset that you ask for 10% off. Wahhh. Dont go here not unless your ready for an attitude.

Just stopped there and we had to ask twice for sleeves for our coffees. As we were driving away, one of the employees shouted after us a rude comment about using our sleeves. Theyve never been fabulous there, but thanks to the blonde at the window, we wont be back.

No number available on information, They do not answer the phone if called. It would help. Hope upper management can cure this problem. Their eating area is a zoo. They share with another restaurant and it could be kept cleaner.

My breakfast sandwich was served with the paper still on the cheese and after sending my daughters smoothie back because it tasted terrible as she was drinking her new smoothie she sucked a large piece of plastic wrap up the straw!!

The coffee is never how you order it! I order a 5x5 and its always too hot to drink!! How hard is it to make a cup of coffee correctly? This is the worst Tim hortons ever!!!!
