HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I ordered a hoodie online as a gift for someone, said 1-3 days shipping GUARANTEED! Waited 10 days, still no package. Called USPS 5 times, opened a complaint case, they still couldnt locate the package, Called the store, they said it was still there and will be shipped out on Monday, 2 weeks after i ordered it! Very upset with the person I talked too! DID NOT HELP AT ALL! DO NOT BUY THINGS ONLINE!

Theyve come far in the seven plus years since we first bought a hoody at Ferndale Art. Not as willing to do special orders (keep missing the foil hoody) as in the past but theyve exploded in recent years so I cant fault them. Keep up the good work.
