Rude pharmacist. 3 hours to simply get a flu shot record sent over to doctors office. I called them to have my flu shot records (that I had one day before) faxed to my doctors office, they said they couldnt do it, they said I could get it at another Walgreens location closer to my doctors office (in Pawtucket, RI), I went there they couldnt print it from their system, they called this location again and I ended up with a receipt and the lot number written down by the staff, went back to the doctors office and had them call the pharmacy themselves, the pharmacist said she would fax it over to the office. Waited 30min, nothing. Called again, pharmacist said she would do when she could because she had a lot to do and couldnt do everything at the same time even after I told her I was at the doctors office waiting for that only and the doctor had to leave soon. I mean really? How long can you take to simply fax a flu shot record?! 2 minutes? Never ever getting any shots done at any Walgreens location, this is a joke.

Staff is extremely rude when I was asking simple and legitimate questions about my medication. And a number of times rather than contacting me that they would be unable to fill my prescription they waited till I would come in to pick it up expecting it to be there and find out its not. Not helpful when I have medication I need to take daily. I used to be a dedicated walgreens customer but now that Ive moved to lexington Im switching to a different pharmacy

This Walgreens is a large facility with a large variety of products. This store also has a pharmacy that is a drive-thru, which is incredibly helpful. The store is also conveniently placed next to a Bank Of America ATM, and is right in the center of this large town. Although, the infrastructure is not ahead of its time, it is still adequate for today
