I am a firm believer that if something makes you miserable, you should remove that from your life. The women working at the front desk at the Lottery Prize Center (Agent 102020) are some of the most miserable people I have ever encountered. They were rude and disrespectful and I think that if you truly hate your job, to the point where you want to make all patrons miserable...you should love yourself and quit.

I had no problems.Security downstairs was nice and polite very helpful with directions.And once I got upstairs the ladies at the Illinois lottery were all smiles and very cool.Everything went smooth.
