We are a prescriber. One of your staff from the Pharmacy name "Bob" who was extremely rude and unprofessional. The way he handled the phone conversation from one of our staff calling in the prescription was totally racist tone and mocked our staff as well. This is unacceptable kind of behaviors!

The pharmacists dont do one speck above and beyond their required duties to help patients be served. Its obvious to me after tonight these people really do this solely for a paycheck. Sounds harsh, I know. I wont go into details, but I am searching for a new pharmacy. Very unhappy customer!!

Compared to the other pharmacies to choose from, CVS is a pleasant shopping experience. Store is clean and prescriptions are ready when they say they will be ready. The photo section is very efficient and fast. They do a good job with photos uploaded via the web and picked up in the store.
