My wife is a Native American & a senior citizen. On 1/4/17 she shopped at The CVS store located on 467 Mandolay Bay Ave, Clearwater Beach, Fl. She spent $30 on needed products...She then asked to use the restroom and was denied? She came out of the store embarrassed & angry.. Five minutes later she went back into the store and returned the $30 in merchandise... On 1/6/17, I called the CVS store to discuss this event with the manager... The manager ( Molly), raised her voice and berated me. She stated that employees have been stolen from when allowing a customer to use the restroom? Molly stated that if it was an emergency, someone could have escorted my wife to the restroom? The store was dead empty when this incident occurred on a Wednesday afternoon. I must say that when a 65 year old person needs to use a restroom, it is always an emergency... One month prior, my wife was in this store with her young , tall, blonde friend. They allowed the young blonde lady to use the restroom without any escort or purchase of products.. Apparently this store discriminates against minorities & senior citizens. A complaint is being filed with State & Federal agencies claiming a Civil Rights violation has occurred.

Thanks for review from Ron below about discrimination. I also witnessed this. Ill be filing my own complaints and see about bringing a discrimination lawsuit against Molly the Manager that is a rude stuck up bish that needs her ass beat. Lied about public restrooms. Stated that restrooms are reserved for customers and I said were paying for stuff here so that makes us customers. Calling corporate when I my plane lands back in TX. Also editing the video i made of her sorry stuck up heffer ass and uploading it to YouTube when I get back to TX. Im so not into dealing with stuck up rude people in ANY STATE THAT I SPEND MY WEEK VACATION IN! VACATION MEANS I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER!! The audacity of these low lives in rich Clearwater only makes one feel sorry for your pathetic little lives catering to tourists and having nothing else to look forward to.

Que mala esperiencia tuve por que en el parquin dice en un cartel bien pequeño q no este alli por mas d 30 mnts pero no dice la multa de 109 dolares q hay q pagar di se lo llevan lod buitres de la grua y lo peor es q pedi la informacion de la grua a los emplrados de la CVS. Y se hicieron los q no sabian nada. Mal servicio les doy un 0

Nice location and people. One star rating because this prime beach location CVS is using 25 year old POS equipment. Really CVS? When a long line forms 20-40 second delay between approval and receipt printed is unacceptable... Its 2017 for god sake . If you can afford to upgrade the equipment in Lakeland, a middle of nowhere location, someone has let your company down leaving this equipment in operation at this insanely busy location on Clearwater Beach .

I have been using this Pharmacy for 10 years, employees are very nice and greet Everyone as they enter (with a smile); that goes such a long way......Greeting and a "Smile". Pharmacist "Roxanne"; "Tracy" and "Gary" are the most caring and professional at their jobs I have ever experienced. They make sure I am well informed about my medication and/or any new medication I may need.
