Their prices are not competitive, the employees are not professional, the management is inadequate, the store is constantly understaffed, the produce is always old, the grocery is frequently expired, and the store is generally dirty. Save yourself the headache and just go to Food Lion.

Definitely the best supermarket in the area, we do most of our food shopping at this Acme! If you use your Acme Card, they provide gas discounts and the gas pumps are in front of the store, perfect! Very friendly staff, and their staff is there long term, so they get to know you!

Regular prices are not necessarily the best but hours are convenient and they usually have the items I am looking for in stock. To find the best deals, focus on the first and last page of the weekly circular...thats where you find the deals that make the trip worth the effort.

Expensive. Since taking out self checkout, long wait for check out. Sometimes the wait is 15-20 minutes even for a few items. Acme, you may have lost a few items in the self checkout....now youve lost a customer.

Officially being hired by them. I got offered a job with the Smyrna acme on last Saturday at 10:25am. Not officially working yet. Im waiting for my background check to come in from them very soon.

Selection here is poor at best compared to most Acmes. They carry minimal Acme brands. Aisles are very close together and the store is not well lit. Staff was polite when checking out.
