Gave them a phone call on a holiday to see how late theyd be open. The person who answered was polite, but quick. When I arrived and said I had called earlier, he apologized profusely for not spending more time on the phone as he was very busy in the shop at the moment. No biggy, all I needed was a closing time. He was very helpful and spent a lot of time when I explained that I was a newbie. I was very happy with the experience.

The owner here said he wouldnt exchange the one open cigar here that was dried up and untouched. He proceeded to berate me although I was about to purchase another box of cigars. You would expect better treatment from a guy who stands behind the register at a business he owns. Not going back there are way more fair and customer friendly options in the neighborhood.

Garbage shop with staff who sit back and talk on their phones in different languages and hardly give customers any attention. Almost EVERYTHING here is overpriced beyond local shops. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, ever.
