The store itself is gorgeous, it has beautiful icons, rosaries, etc. However, one of the workers there, the bald man, in particular is extremely rude. I wanted to buy a rosary crown case thats $125. The cross was BENT, when I asked him to get me a new one, he said, the cross is SUPPOSED TO BE that way, and "You CAN ASK THE VATICAN if you dont believe me, because this item is from the Vatican Collection Library and it cant be wrong." Fine, so after a few months they had a new one, the same guy came out and gave me brand new from the box. When I got home, one of the crown pieces of it was BROKEN. Second incidence, my parents got me an icon from the same store, from the same bald guy. The icon is almost $400 and he wont even give them the proper box. "This is the only one, it doesnt come with a box. Take it or leave it." The store is fine, but that bald guy needs to be fired. If you go to this store, avoid the bald guy. I dont mean to be condescending about his baldness, but thats the easiest way to recognize him. Caucasian bald male.

My boyfriend and I had a stopover in SFO on route to NZ ... Well we wandered into Chinatown and were spellbound by this beautiful shop... "The blad guy " was really helpful and inspiring so much so we went back the following day for more items. The products are decidedly touching and beautiful gifts that we purchased . In fact I cant wait to go back next year and as Im getting married this is the most perfect place to get gifts for my wedding party. Thank you to the lovely " bald guy " you were really helpful and even educated us on patron saints ! Lots of love and positive vibes from the black and white couple !!

This a a great store for all kinds of religious items, Catholic in particular - a great selection of rosaries, unity candles, crosses, crucifixes, icons, etc. At Christmas time they have beautiful manger scenes, and sometimes have menorahs as well.

The bald guy is a jerk. Good book selection, but the gifts are kitschy.
