If I could rate it a 0 or even lower I would this place sells broken items! Their supposibly policy of "quality new and used items" is a lie!!!!! Do not buy from this store they are theives in it for their own interest. I cannot even get my money back for the broken absolutely broken electronic item they sold to me because of the store policy if they were really out to help people according to their cause of being humanitarian they wouldnt do these shady things and sell stuff that isnt quality like they claim!!

The minute we walked in , an employee ( latina in her 50s) gave us the dirty look. We where followed and mistreated to the point where we have to leave. Never before have I expirienced this kind of treatment . Feel very sorry for the manager , she was actually nice but this particular employee was a terrible , terrible person. Shame on her for being like that.

Overall a nice place to shop. I mean sure the aisles are narrow, some things are sold broken, and there are some things that are over priced in my opinion but its conveniently located right next to KinderCare and theres always some good deal item(s) that can be found. Overall Im happy with it.

We were in a moving pinch and trying to donate a truck-load of items here. We arrived at 6pm and were told that they closed at 6 even though online and a sign behind the man speaking to us read that they closed at 7. We are very disappointed that we then had to find another donation center.

Dont like fact they take whatever color ticket that would be 50 percent off remove that color night before. Also customer should not have 2 pay more than price was originally at Target or at least take target price off. Also they sell high end online. So much for finding the treasures.

This has to be one of the worst Goodwills I have ever been to. The staff here are ignorant and rude (you know who you are). This place has a bad habit of trying to sell broken merchandise at near retail prices. I would avoid this place at all costs unless youre truly desperate.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful. I visit this location at least once a week. My two young daughters are the reason we so often. They love rummaging through the toys to see what treasures they can find

They organize clothes by color instead of size, which drives me crazy, but otherwise was surprisingly aesthetically pleasing for a thrift store. On the other hand, prices are pretty high.

Friendly staff and excellent in customer service. The store is dark and tiny compared to others goodwill. Lots of choices in womens clothes but not in the other departments.
