On Saturday, I went to pick up a package. When I arrived, Ray, the manager said that there was no package for me, nor could he recall any package from Canada, the origin of my package. He looked around and came back and told me there was nothing. I called UPS; they said Ray had signed for it. UPS called 8 times and no one answered, and that was at 1pm, when I know they are open! Be careful...there is something not right here. I will post an update.

The 1 star this place got from whoever dafug made mistake thought 5 star was 1 star...this mail service place has the best service that its always busy so sorry they are. But if u notice they got more biz then the usps in regards to safe secured shipping and receiving. I even drive from Sonoma County to go here and GSW play here in oakland that alone automatically 5star off da bat..cheers

These guys are awesome!!! Super friendly and helpful when you have packages to send or receive. They have gone out of their way several times.... above and beyond the call of duty.... to make sure i am a happy customer.... Highly recommend them if you are looking for some good olde fashioned service that USPS long ago forgot about...
