I’ve shopped at several Sprouts locations in the area and although I do appreciate their selection, this particular location has had clear management problems in probably about half of the times I’ve shopped there. I don’t see the same issues at the other locations. For example, there are often not enough cashiers and although the cashiers that are there are friendly, it’s easy to tell they’re stressed out and frustrated. When I was there most recently on a weekend morning, the ONE cashier even called for backup and nobody came, and not a manager in sight. Another time a cashier couldn’t get a coupon to work and nobody came to assist her. Back in November, I had a terrible experience after purchasing chicken that was rotten and smelled horrendous, which resulted in a 30 minute cleanup ordeal. I returned it to the store and after explaining the issue to the cashier, I was refunded but with barely a word and no apology. The supervisor or manager that came by to authorize the transaction didn’t even look in my direction. Since everyone seemed so preoccupied, I wrote a quick email explaining my disappointment and the manager who wrote me back didnt seem to be paying attention or understand the issue based on his offer for a refund for the chicken, which I already received when I returned it! When I wrote back to clarify, and followed up again, I was ignored. The lack of effort and understanding has only resulted in wasting more of my time.

My mom went to sprouts in Irvine today. She saw a woman with a dog on a leash in the store the woman had no obvious handicap. She asked the woman if the dog should be in the store, the woman said "mined your own business". My mom was upset by the response and went to a store clerk. The woman showed up with a different clerk. They proceeded to tell my mom that it was a service dog. This is not the issue. The issue is they proceeded to say that she ,meaning my mom, does not seem to understand. Here in the US it is federal law to allow service dogs in. This is extremely rude. We are US citizens. There is no reason to treat us as if we do not belong in this country . the store clerks behaved extremely racist. I believe, as well, it is extremely gross and non hygenic to have dogs in grocery stores. The woman was not blind. No obvious indications that this was a service dog, or need for service dog.

Shop there bi-weekly, great prices and nice selection of fresh products (skip the fish though). Only downside is that at peak times (lunchtime, Wednesdays), it might take ages to check out especially when there is always new struggling staff (the employees whove been there ages are the nicest). Waited 10 mins once with only 2 people with baskets in front on me as the new guy didnt seem to know what he was doing, another employee came to open a till but asked the person behind me who had just arrived (and she didnt have a screaming baby). I was fuming, late to pick up DD from school so just left my groceries at the till in protest (by that time, the 3 people behind me had already paid and left the store). Now I know, I go to the tills with the familiar faces who process my full load in less time than I need to swipe my credit card.

This is one of my weekly go-to stores. I am on the SNAP program, so I cant afford a lot of the nicer items they carry, but their specials provide affordable options for high quality food. That is excellent value, indeed. Also, the staff is always top-notch. They are courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Especially Christian, who, over the years has gone over and beyond the call of duty to take care of me when I encounter pricing inconsistencies or need a rain check. He makes me feel welcome and treats me like family. It is an unusual quality to find at the retail level. I appreciate that high level of service very much. I highly recommend this store as an oasis in the desert of giant box emporiums. It is certainly a refreshing experience and I always feel good when I leave.

this sprouts used to be one of my grocery stops due to proximity until i had other grocery options around town. stopped by recently because we were in the area for dinner and wow did things change. there were fruit flies swarming the fruit displays at the produce section. the meat department looked like the animals have been dead for days... tried to pick up some eggs and milk and the prices were actually more expensive than wholefoods! i dont miss living close to sprouts one bit... sprouts is forever off our list!

Great selection of fresh produce, great meats, and overall good products for a fair price, but the store is quite cramped. The employees are either rude, in the way of the products, or I even had one employee follow me around the store trying to tell me that portobello mushrooms are the same as straw mushrooms. He even tried putting the portobellos in my cart after I assured him they arent the same as straw mushrooms. If youre going to go here, just dont talk to the employees, and youll be just fine.

Super crowded and busy Sprouts Farmers Market packed full with fresh fruits, vegetables and unique vendors! So many different things to try and buy here... you wont leave empty handed. We left with a bunch of fruits and samosas. Yummy! ...and I even tried a chocolate covered cricket! Worth checking this market out if you dont mind a crowd.

Love Sprouts and love the friendliness and customer service of this local sprouts store. Its especially nice that I can walk here. The store is always clean, the clerks are always friendly and helpful. It can be a little cold at times, but its manageable. I love that sprouts is so close to where I live.

One of my favorite places to shop. I get my Unsalted Roasted Almond Butter and Unsalted Pretzels from here. Im nutty about their nut bins and they are very reasonably priced. Also Barbaras Hole and Oats Breakfast Cereal. The people that work there are really nice. Customer service is A number 1.

My wifes been telling me that these guys had good prices on produce and I didnt believe her because it doesnt make sense to me that the little, healthy store has better prices. But theyre seriously about 30% lower than Ralphs across the street. ...and better quality.

As a regular Sprouts customer I have to commend the customer service of your team member, Jeff. Every time I come in he is more than pleasant, eager to help with any question and to assist wherever he can. Try to find more people like him :-)

This Sprouts location does NOT know how to fulfill Prime Now orders. This has been the FIFTH time they forgot items in my order which forces me to make another order with a $30 minimum. Do not shop Sprouts on Amazon Prime Now here.

I do most of my grocery shopping here. I like the bulk nuts and grains etc. However, it may be my imagination, but I feel like it was a bit cheaper before when it was Henrys. Not much else has really changed though, thankfully.

I love Sprouts. Too many days do I find myself wandering through the herbal supplement aisle looking for supplements I probably dont need and will end up collecting dust, but it never stops me...
