Its a 1 & 1/2. For the most part, its always a mess from open to close. They try to rush people out early announcing closing time and hour and a half before theyre suppose to close. If youre a male thats about on the smaller waist and shirt size, forget it. Very limited on anything from smaller male sizes that includes shoes as well. Some of the cashiers are friendly and resourceful, Loss Prevention will follow you around the store for no reason but have no problem to stop and have an 8 minute conversation with their friends to than find someone else to follow. Funny if you ask me.

Le daria 5 estrellas pero te estas aqui por un monton de tiempo buscando las cosas ..y preguntas por usar el baño y t disen .no tenemos baños para los clientes .escuche muchas personas quejarse sobre este problema ..k absurdu k bengas les consumas y no t dejen usar el baño.....

Pésimo lugar para hacer compras,la tienda muy descuidada, y el parking ni se diga,no hay seguridad... La semana pasada me robaron los espejos de mi camioneta y a otro carro que estaba cerca de mi le robaron todo el sonido , pésimo lugar!!!

No long sleeve t shirts, AT ALL. HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO DRESS FOR LESS??!! Other than their inconvenient variety of t shirts Id say its worse than a yard sale! Lol jk loss prevention needs too get what ever is stuck with in the confines of their gultious maxamous and pull it out. They have a tendency of staring at people for long periods of time. So annoying, and uncomfortable.

Where to begin...I recently moved into a new place and I am decorating it. I heard about Ross from family members, so I decided to check it out, WORST experience ever. Staff is rude, restrooms are not open until after 11a.m., the employees are looking at the customers like they are stealing. I started going to Long Beach Town Center or Signal Hill

This place is always packed but thats what you get since its in a large shopping center. Employees try their best to keep the store clean but its hard when you have ghetto parents letting their kids do whatever they want. Its opened late so I love shopping at this location and they customer service is great. So friendly and fast

This place has a lot of good deals and toys for kids. Really affordable prices. Theres alot of kids,adult, women , elegant dresses, teenage, clothes. Variety of shoes to buy at affordable prices and appliances for the house. Electronics , pilllows, blankets. This ross on alameda is nice and great place to walk around.

Terrible LP service. No help at all. Always checking out girls. I lost my phone in this store and asked if they could help but they were too lazy to help. The Guy was like "nah well call you if anything" and they never hire anyone who speaks english

Its an ok Ross it can get very crowded and disorganized but it does have its days where it has good clothes. The only thing is that they take long to update their racks , when I compare this Ross to others this one has less variety.

Such a messy store. Employees just stand around or are on the phone. I saw a guy shoplifting and told LP agent he just shrugged his shoulders and said, "What do you want me to do about it? It happens a few times a day, Sir."

Was at Marshalls a couple minutes before hand. Regret going to Ross. Found what I needed after looking for what seemed like hours. Everything is messy or broken and needs more attention. staff seems uninterested.

Absolutely terrible place to be in clothes are everywhere and I mean EVERYWHERE and barely no choice of kids and mens selection of clothes whole 0lace is trashy always a long wait and overall is terrible

Worse store ever, is a big mess entire store, personnel arent helpful at all, 3 cashiers open on weekends!! Why is the reason to put many stations if you put only 3 cashiers, not sense to me

This place is always terribly busy. Lines can take up to 45+ minutes. Avoid going here on the weekends. There are many children running around opening packages spilling things on the floor.

Its always crowded, the employees state they have no restrooms so do they hold it all thru their shift .. if you must go to this ross pee ahead of time and be prepared to wait a while

Store is very messy and unorganized. Clothes is all over thr floor. I went to the fitting rooms, and the girl lost my clothes she was holding while i went in and tried on my 8 items.
