Hay de todo para el deporte, nada que envidiar a otras tiendas grandes. Variedad de productos y tipos, además excelentes precios y ofertas. El personal es muy amable, además cuenta con un amplio estacionamiento.

I recently bought some boots that fell apart. Alhambra said I could bring them in for exchange and to any location. I bought them in Pasadena. I tried to exchange in Burbank but the store manager just told me they were too used. Next time I was in Alhambra, they said "sure" and it was a done deal. I wish I could have done this done deal at Burbank which is right down the street instead of having to drive all the way to Alhambra.

Although I always find what I need and at great prices and deals I come to be ice the staff is slow on responding to helping you out when needing to find something. The way the front register is setup makes for a bit of an uncomfortable setting when there is a long line of people waiting. Perhaps if they made more room and made some kind of row that leads in to the register waiting line.

I was making a small return for a kids basketball hoop, and the manager was incredibly rude, harassing me for the reason of the return, "I just didnt like it" wasnt good enough for him, I had to be exact on why I was returning the toy, Made everything a hassle, examine the toy piece by piece, his attitude was crude, and unprofessional

Terrible costumer service. Tried to buy an ice chest that we had just seen at another Big 5 on sale and they wouldnt sell it to us for the sale price. The manager was there and we even showed them online it was on sale but they were being extremely stupid and not helpful at all. Avoid going here if you can at all. I know I will.

This place is super crowded (as in not a lot of walking space space), has very minimal staff so getting help is tough. However, great discounts, usually the only place where you can actually find what you are looking for (specifically for sports). This is the best place for camping and fishing equipment.

I when on a Tuesday morning after they open the store to buy some work boots the guy on the floor he help me out but the girl in the register she was not friendly at all I dont know because it was early in the morning or I dont know what was her problem she did not look like a happy person

The store has a large selection of Sporting Goods. And the prices are pretty good. Their sales are very good. The big problem that I have is the customer service. It is non-existent. If you need help to find something youre on your own. That has been my experience every time I go there.

came in to buy shotgun rounds for the range but the judgemental gun counter person was very unhelpful and acted like I was asking for the world when inquiring about the various 12 gauge rounds they had. save your money and time and go to Walmart or a different Big 5 store.

Fantastic staff, super helpful. Great stuff that are simple essentials for camping and/or travel and/or sports. We found several things we needed for a trip at a great price. Aisles are a bit crowded but who cares. Terrific staff and easy location make it so worth a visit.

Typical selection if Big 5 items in a smallish store (in Burbank, on Victory Bkvd.) They usually have all the items on their specials flyer, but they may not always have all sizes. You might want to call ahead of time just to make sure you dont waste a trip.

Worst experience I have ever had with Big 5, I have shopped in this store many times and never felt so disrespected. An employee by the name of Natalie was rude and disrespectful to me the customer. Last time I will ever set foot in this establishment.

Got good prices on hiking shoes - gets very busy as other sporting good shops closed. Friendly staff, though store can get messy simply due to people not putting stuff back properly after checking things out. Cmon people help keep it tidy. :)

Love Big 5. Decent quality sport/camping gear for good prices. Be sure to sign up for the newsletter for weekly deals. Good place to get cheap winter clothes and camping equipment. This place also sells guns and ammo, which is always a win!

Ignored the moment we walked In. Made eye contact With an employee as he walked into the managers office. We could hear them laughing and joking inside and they could see us because there was a one-way mirror. Just dont go here.

No Bike Racks or places to lock your bike. They sell bikes, but have no place for bikes to park securely. Cant honestly rate it since I cant shop there unless I go back in the car.
