We have always used them for our event cakes, this is the second and LAST time we ever use them again! First time they messed up they didnt write what was on the paper and spelled my daughters name wrong (it was right on the paper). Then this time we were quoted WAY* off on cupcakes by $20+ (the girl who I was working with did everything to try and make it right because a man told me differently, I do not blame her at all). They were supposed to be half vanilla half chocolate my dad gets all the way to my house 30 minutes before the party starts and they are all vanilla. Everything is right there on a paper in front of then when making these things. I gave them a second chance and they blew it. The store itself is amazing though !!!!

I have given their bakery numerous chances, and they just cannot seem to get their act together. In the June 19 Montgomery Advertiser, Publix 2016 Berry Bash circular was inserted with an advertisement for Publix Bakery Chantilly Cakes for $19.99. Not only did they not have the cakes, they do not have the ingredients to bake the cake. Really???? The manager was too busy to take a complaint so he phoned the front end supervisor and would not talk with me. Pitiful management in the store, and pitiful bakery staff. The rest of the store is okay. Do yourself a favor and go to the Montgomery stores.

I think they should start by carrying more gluten-free products. Do you know how when your new to know how to buy gf items even regular items should be marked with a sticker gluten-free you wouldnt then go to your car crying not know what all to but its really overwhelming. In there small gluten-free section they only have cookies,granola bars,pasta,chips really could you make a meal with that I would expect it from walmart but publix should be.

Hands-down, the very best grocery store in Prattville! Publix carries the most varied selection of items + if you are searching for an item no longer found in other stores, Publix will often order that item and keep it in stock~ just for the asking [they did this for me; item was the Clorox bleach-stick pen for laundry/clothing] !! Very personalized service and customer care is high on their priority list!

Kind helpful produce guy, nice knowledgeable meats guy, and a very sweet lady in the bakery that I had a fun conversation with about the black and white cookie, were three of the reasons why I give this Publix 5 stars. When I shop there I feel important. Thanks Publix! :)

My favorite grocery store in the area! The food is high-quality, and the produce is in good condition! The employees are really good at keeping fresh food on the shelves and ridding of outdated stuff, plus theyre super friendly and always help out when they can!

This Publix smells like old fish. Ive been in the store several times over several years and it is not just a passing issue. As a grocer, their selection and prices are acceptable but I avoid them due to the odor.

Love this publix. Our local grocery store just down the street doesnt have as near as many fresh veggies and great produce and deli section. Plus it has some hard to find tortillas that I love...gracias publix!
