I ordered a bridal bouquet and even paid cash for it well in advanced for my sisters wedding. On my way to the wedding, I went to pick up the bouquet and they were taking for ever to bring it up and I began to get worried but no one would inform me of what was going on. Needless to say, I was anxious, the bride was waiting for me and it was getting late. Finally, I asked and they told me the bouquet never got done but someone had marked it as completed (my guess is management doesnt double check the work). The workers called the manager and they started preparing the flowers but it wasnt going to get done until she got there. I told them I was expecting some money back since it wasnt done as promised. The offered to deliver the bouquet at the wedding when it got done. It was delivered 40 minutes later and it didnt look as good as I expected it. The bride had already walked the isle without it because she couldnt keep the guests waiting. The worker who delivered the bouquet said the manager would contact me regarding the money back. Its been a week since that happened and I have yet to hear from anybody. Never going to order from them again!

I felt the staff wasnt very friendly. I called at 5:30 on 05/12/2015 & spoke with a female (didnt get a name) & realized I didnt have the proper address written down. I placed her on hold for almost exactly 60 seconds to get the address & when I came back to the line she had hung up (I wasnt on hold or anything, the line had been disconnected on her end). I assume she was busy, but I didnt feel 1 minute was too long for me to get up & grab the other address before coming back to the phone. I called back & spoke with another lady (this one sounded older) & she wasnt really friendly, but wasnt necessarily unfriendly either. Overall Im not too disgruntled about the situation, but I wouldnt quantify it as a pleasant experience.

The Flower Patch sends spam every 2 or 3 days. It refuses to remove email addresses from its mailing list. I encourage you to avoid this establishment. While placing a phone order, I gave Flower Patch my email address so I could get a receipt of my purchase. Now, it sends me email every 2 or 3 days. I have asked Flower Patch to stop sending email to me several time, but it refuses to do so. In fact, Flower Patch wrote the following to me: "I will add a note to your info so we do not take any future orders from you." Isnt that funny? They have the arrogance to think that I would want to do business with them in the future. I encourage you to avoid this establishment.

Not quite sure why the others gave bad reviews. Maybe only 2 people who didnt like their services out of the hundreds who order, decided to give them a review here. Anyway... I ordered flowers for my wife on our anniversary and I needed them delivered the same day. I placed the order without any problems on their website (accept for what to choose since they had many different options that I really liked). About an hour after placing my order, the flowers arrived, exactly as ordered. Great service and I will be ordering again.

This company is my go to flower shop and has been for several years. Currently I am deployed in Afghanistan and have sent flowers to my wife and daughter while here in country. I have been extremely impressed with their professionalism and expertise knowing that they will accomplish what I am trying to express to my family even though I am across the globe. I have never been disappointed in the years that I have been ordering flowers through this company. 5 Stars!!!!

I recently ordered some flowers for the funeral of a dear neighbor. We loved the arrangement that you created. We were very happy with the sevice and the end result. Also a photo was sent so that we knew what our gift looked like. The only thing I wasnt sure of, was when I went to the viewing, the card did not have our names on it. I was not sure if someone at the viewing took the card or, if the names were not included.

I was very pleased with my experience with this location. I ordered an arrangement and they actually sent me a picture of it before it went out. I was not pleased with what it looked like at all so i emailed them and they were very understanding and said they would remake the arrangement. They sent me a picture of the remade arrangement and it was beautiful! I highly recommend them!

THIS PLACE SUX!!!! Rude owner who ignores customers. does not own up to refunds. RUDEST STAFF EVER!!! If you need flowers go ANYWHERE But here. if they make a mistake they dont own up to it. THEY IGNORE CUSTOMERS!! Not to mention the racial comments they make. they make Paula Deen look like a saint. To get a refund I have to SUE them!!!

I ordered flowers for my wifes birthday and they were ready within a couple of hours. Once done, they have this cool system that lets them send you a picture of the arrangement before they go out. The flowers were delivered when promised and were a higher quality than Ive seen from a lot of other florists.

I am absolutely smitten with Bountiful Flower Patch! I wish the state of New Mexico had one. Customer service, quality and pricing are all amazing. I was surprised when I opened up my email and I have a photo of the arrangement I sent. I love this! Beautiful arrangement and A+ customer service. :)

I love that you guys sent me a pic of the finished product. The flowers look beautiful. The only thing I would prefer is the vase matching the balloon better or being able to choose your color preference. But Im not complaining...theyre beautiful and delivered on time.

Make great high school dance flowers and such, but the prices do seem a little high and twice during high school they got what I asked for wrong. But the bands are durable that they use for girls and can fix a mistake they made in under 30 minutes if you go back.

Got a Mothers Day bouquet of Gerber Daisies...$20 only gets you 3 flowers with filler...picked it up Saturday (day before Mothers Day) ... 2 of the 3 flowers were dead on Monday. Guess Ill go back to buying daisies from the grocery store.
