I am not sure when the positive reviews were posted, but as of this posting 10/29/2016 I have become extremely disappointed in this Kroger store. It does not represent the Kroger brand in just about any area. There are one or two friendly employees, but the rest seem to be just there to pick up a pay check and do not care about the customer at all. They are consistently out of items I am there to pick up, and what stock is on the shelves is in great disarray. I have let the management know my opinion in a survey using the link at the bottom of my receipt, and their response was several weeks later and did not address my issues at all. Yesterday I stood in an express lane which had the light on for over five minutes and nobody was there to check me out. Sadly an employee was just a few feet away and made eye contact with me, and just turned around and walked away. My old Kroger in Garland would have never let that happen. Any time there were more than three people in ANY line, they immediately opened another register! I asked an employee who walked by where the manager was, and she just told me someones name and walked away! I will now drive an additional couple of miles to the store in Frisco, but I get the impression that being one of three stores in Little Elm makes this store very complacent to say the least.

I live in Little Elm and visit this store often.. its always been a pleasant experience. I am a local photographer and the ladies in the bakery department helped me at the last minute with a cake i needed for a cake smash session. The ladies in the floral department are very nice too. I buy birthday balloons there often for family and even clients and they are always quick to help me with my order. The last time, my little boy clicked my car trunk open and a dozen balloons escaped prior to his brothers birthday photo session. I had to come buy another dozen, but they remembered me and did not let me pay for it. I thought that was the sweetest gesture and because of that, i wont go to party city for balloons any more... or Market St. for flowers. Thank you Kroger for your friendly employees! :)

Still my favorite Kroger EVER!!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are always very welcoming. Its conveniently located and provides a marketplace with clothes, shoes, socks, accessories, housewares, decor, laundry section, automotive section, and bathroom section. The bathroom section provides towels, toothbrush holders, soap dishes, trash cans and many other items. There is a place to help you get your house organized and a huge pet aisle. They have a Fred Meyer jeweler and I havent visited it but, it looks very nice and its very convenient. This Kroger also provides a sushi bar and a mimosa station across from the in-store Starbucks. We get our prescriptions filled there and the pharmacy staff is very friendly and helpful.

Krogers in Little Elm use to be the friendliest one in the Metroplex. However, Lisa in the Floral Dept. just ruined the whole image. Maybe she feels threatened by her friendly staff. The first time I talked to her I gave her the benefit of the doubt, but the 3 times I dealt with her...not so much. It took Lisa 5 days to return my call and thats after I had to go find her at the store. She is so unprofessional and could use communication skills and customer service skills as well. She made it impossible by telling me a regular bunch of babys breath would cost $19.00, so she discouraged the whole order because she cannot handle a large order or not organized. Typically Krogers has better prices during Valentines, so why be rude?

Very irritated and annoyed after my interaction with the lady working self check out this morning. I was having issues with the chip reader, and i tried to ask for help but she did not seem to be very willing to help. This happens everytime I have an interaction with an employee at this location. Thus is why I prefer to use the self check out then to inconvenience employees from doing their job. If you dont want to work in a job that involves customer service or interacting with people you should really find another job. Needless to say after receiving 0 assistance this morning. I left my $100 worth of groceries and will just go elsewhere. Since i was such an inconvenience to your store and its employees.

It was great til a new Co-Manager named, Ronnie. He was first nice & friendly with me til I asked him politely asked him to not lean on my cart, he then was straight up rude to to me, telling me that he owns the store & can do whatever he wants to me (in a rude manner); before he left he told me to "do my job" as if I actually work for Kroger. Sorry to say, but treating people rude whether they shop or work for a 3rd Party Company, you should Never be rude to people! Btw, Im one of the people whom work for another company to promote products in the store. ***If anyone has came across a similar situation involving another employee, feel free to reply or comment this post!***

We called today in reguards to our sons application. The first time we were hung Up on by a young lady. The second time a rude gentleman well... Man...guy who works for HR named Matt or Mike (ill have to hear the call again) was very rude and condescending even from the way he first yells "hello" which im hoping to have the corprate Office hear how he was speaking to my boyfriend. I personally dont like mentioning or reliving situations where people are so disrespectful but I really dont want it being done to anyone else. I thank God for allowing me to see this. If he ever spoke to my son in such a manner.. They must really be in need of hr people. A Star is too generous

Kroger located 423 in little Elm has pissed me off. I have never posted a review about a store. However, this time I have to say something. I was self checking as I always do and in the past Ive had the workers come by looking at what Im purchasing and staying until I pay but I let it pass. Ive never seen them do that to anyone that is not of color. So, Im self checking this morning and I felt someone hovering over me and I turned around and it was some tall white girl looking at me when I looked at her she walked off. ! Kroger is this what we doing, Racial profiling? I WILL take my business somewhere else.

I used to absolutely love this Kroger when I first moved to Little Elm, but it has gone downhill fairly quickly. While the employees are still nice and friendly (especially the cashiers and deli counter associates) - the produce section looks as though they are selling last years harvest. Previously, most of the produce was kept cool, but they then decided to put 75% of the produce in bins which has caused an influx of gnats and rotten produce. I only go to this location now if I absolutely dont have time to go elsewhere or if Ive already picked up my produce elsewhere.
