Horrible customer service! The other reviews below are not even close to the experience Ive had with this place! 1st time I used them (June 2011) they subbed a larger arrangement with more houseplants in lieu of more colorful flowers (which is what we agreed on). I needed a smaller arrangement for a reason. At least they should have called to ask before pressing forward. I thought oh well its not the end of the world even though its not what I wanted. 2nd time (July 2011) I called to order an arrangement I needed for an award at a meeting. They had it posted as an option on their website but told me they didnt have the flowers to make it. So I picked a different arrangement - they said they didnt do that arrangement anymore. Finally settled on a generic bouquet in a plain vase just to have something. Why advertise for things they cant deliver on? 3rd time I ordered 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE and said I needed the flowers by 9am Thurs. I was very adamant about the 9am because people were depending on me. I got to the shop (a little after 9 even) and they hadnt even started! They told me whoever took my order just wrote "a.m." and that means any time before noon. I said I specified 9am and I got the "whatever" attitude from the person I presume was the owner. In my opinion, she should have apologized profusely and gone out of her way to make it up to me for their screw up. Throw in a discount at the very least! So they asked me to wait and they would make them. I was in a bind because I had to have them ASAP. I left to run some other errands to make up for lost time because it was a super busy day and now my schedule was quickly getting off track. When I came back they said I bolted out of the shop and they had questions. They had my phone number and could have called. Plus they made it sound like I left in a huff which was not only untrue, but inappropriate for them to imply about a customer. The sad thing is they are the only game in town so there is no competition to make them work hard keep to the customers they still have left. I have decided when I need flowers I will order them from a more reputable shop even if they are much farther away and just pay the delivery fee. It is worth every extra $ not to deal with these women again!

Kathy did the flowers for our wedding just shy of a week ago. I cant even begin to describe how amazing she was and how incredible or flowers turned out. She was so responsive to our needs and questions, she went above and beyond for us time and again during wedding planning. If youre a bride looking for an amazing florist who is easy to work with, always excited to be working with you and genuinely cares about your event, this is the florist for you. I called on May 8th for a boutonniere for prom on May 13th. I was told they could not do this as it was Mothers Day Weekend. My first time calling them. Will be my last. While I understand its Mothers Day in six days, to refuse any other service, even as small as a boutonniere, seems odd. They were "overwhelmed". Its only Monday. Krogers filled it, no issues and very friendly.

We had the Village Florist do all of our flowers for our wedding June 13, 2015 and they turned out gorgeous and just as I wanted!!! The owner was great to work with and really knew her stuff and how to keep it within our budget. I have already recommended them to a friend and will continue to, they are great!!!!

Unbelievable customer service, something you would never find with some large national company. We had a short time to get flowers to a funeral after a holiday and she went out of her way, after hours, to be sure they were at the church early. And they were beautiful!

Great! I always dread ordering flowers for a funeral over the phone but I asked the lady if she would send me pictures by my cell phone. I was able to pick my favorite and order! She went obove and beyond to help me. Thank you!
