Mala calidad y estafadores te dicen que. Compras un artículo en tal precio y cuando realizas tu pagos resulta que pagas más de lo que cuesta el artículo a mi me pasó compre unos muebles de dormitorio supuestamente con financiamiento calculando todos los pagos me sale más dinero de lo que sale en mi resibo llame para aclarar el problema muchas veces y cada vez que llamaba me daban diferente información estaba a punto de. Terminar el contrato de los muebles con valor de $1300 incluyendo taxes delivery y por realizar la aplicación de todo el procedimiento en realidad los mueble tenía un costo de $899 mi último pago de todo el total que estaba pagando $1300 ya solo era de $400 resulta que la fecha me pasé unos días y llamo para realizar el pago días después m dicen que todo el dinero que había dado ya no se. Cuenta que ahora mi pago es en 15 meses y que tengo q pagar$ 3000 es un robo todo el dinero que ellos recibieron no cuenta. Y ahora dañes que tengo q pagar el triple d lo que vale las cosas en total me están cobrando $4000 por unos días que no realise elpago Para colmo los muebles están malos solo tienen 3 meses y la cama está con peladuras los gabinetes Tambn muy mala calidad todo y mala experiencia comprando con ellos recomiendo no comprar con ellos

This classless company is money hungry and their employees only care about commission - nothing else. My family and I were greeted by the most persistent sales associate, Alicia, who followed us around despite us telling her that we wanted to look around the store on our own first. We were shopping for a mattress, possibly two. After deciding on the first mattress, I decided to forge the purchase of the second mattress for a later time and told the associate this. She then walked us around the store looking for a "computer to complete the transaction on" when really she was just trying to show us every mattress on the property. We kindly reminded her that we were ready to pay for one mattress and she continued to show us mattresses. when finally, we were stern with her, she became upset. She kept demanding to know why we no longer wanted a second mattress, and said rude things "You cant afford it?" "Come on, you have the money." At this point we should have left the store. As she completes the transaction, without explanation, she tells us the total will come out to well over $1,000. The mattress I chose was $700. When we asked why, she simply said she could lower it to $900. Then explained the price included delivery, and "a bed cover the mattress needs, you cant buy the mattress without it" she said, pointing to the mattress. Assuming it was the cover mattresses have on in the showroom, I agreed. Come delivery day, I found out she charged me for TWO mattress covers, AND pillow case covers that I DO NOT NEED. The products are RTG brand, and are absolutely not a requirement by the mattress company. When I called the store, infuriated, I was told the sales associate would call me back to resolve the issue. Strange. She did call me, and explained that I could not return the items because the mattress requires these items. She told me that the mattress I bought was $800 (it wasnt) and if I return these items, I owe her $800! I laughed and asked for a manager. The manager called me, and told me that there is no return policy. At no point did the sales associate mention a return policy or lack thereof. I began to wonder how many other customers had been ripped off and lied to, which is when I came across all the horrible reviews on this place.

hola compre un juego de living ro y al cabo de 6 meses se dano la piel entre los asientos del sofa y el reclining .el problema es que mi juego dicen que esta descontinuado pero aparece en la pagina de rtg online y dicen que no lo tienen y ahora tengo que escoger otro juego yo lo compre con las mesas acomode mis adornos toda la decoracion de mi casa eso no les importa a ellos te dicen escoje otro juego y se acabo .el problema es que me trageron otro juego el manager me dijo que era el mismo que yo tenia y fue mentira era mas pequeno por varias pulgadas ahora tengo que buscar otros muebles estoy bien disgustada y ellos no les importa lo que pase con los clientes yo se que este y otras quejas no les van a importar pero al menos me desahogo ,lo otro es que tengo que pqgar la diferenciasi escojo otro juego .creo que me estan robando o se estan burlando de los clientes la atencion es muy MALA.esa estrella que me obligan a tocar es para mi por tener que escribir todo esto no para ustedes.

We purchased a "Leather" sectional furniture 7 years ago at Rooms to Go. A few months ago starting peeling to the point that one of the sectionals is totally damaged... the rest of them became to have such a thin and weak skin that it is scary to seat on because the "Leather" will obviously reap. I sent an email a few days ago to customer service, and actually I had an answer... which really kept my hope up after spending so much money in a furniture that it is beyond damaged.... well.... emails goes and comes, pictures goes and comes.... and of course... here is the beautiful answer: "Dear Virginia, Thank you for contacting me back with your information. I was able to locate your account and after reviewing its notations I regret to inform you that there were no active warranties. Unfortunately as the furniture was purchased in 2009 and received 7+ years of use, I regret to inform you that we are unable to assist further. We can only suggest contacting a local furniture repair company or trying to sell the furniture locally. I apologize for the disappointment and it is our hope to better serve you in the future. Melissa" Really??? so you asked me for pictures, to be sending emails, your product is horrible, the material is cheap... and I did not pay cheap, and this is your answer? the furniture was sold to me as "Leather" and this is not more than cheap treated plastic looking like leather... this is a scam... a big scam.

El sabado compre un juego de comedor que recibi hoy jueves por la manana segun lo convenido,para mi sorpresa cuando el trabajador que lo trajo abrio la caja de la mesa estaba una pata partida por lo que no lo quise aceptar y se lo llevaron.Ahora resulta q,hasta el proximo jueves no lo traen .C onsidero que es una falta de respeto esperar tantos dias teniendo en cuenta que me deshice del juego viejo y que ustedes no supervisen mas cuando empaquen los productos o poco exigencia con los trabajadores que trasladan los muebles,porf lo que no pienso volver a comprar nada mas a su compania debido al maltrato que recibo.

Worst experience I have ever had with furniture! We bought the Dominique bedroom set in king size. Maybe when we had to go twice in to sign because they claimed signature didnt match the rooms to go card we should have taken it as a sign. The furniture took about three weeks to arrive and when it did the bed was in queen. You would think they would want to rectify it quickly however took another week for the bed to arrive and when it did the driver didnt even bring it up because he said it was cracked. Same scenario as before took another week to come by then we finally unpacked the mirror which was damaged that took another week and that same day the slats on the bed cracked. Customer service is a horrendous, they treat you like you are garbage since they already got their money. I am not allowed to speak to a manager and as Bonnie from customer service told me "there is no refund policy". I have bought furniture from city furniture and American signature furniture and never had any issues with customer service or more importantly the quality of the furniture. Buyer beware of rooms to go. I wish I could give negative stars
