Everyone at this location is absolutely amazing! I switched to sprint a couple of months ago and it was a seamless transition. The sales reps informed me of everything so I was never surprised, they put me on the best plan and saved me about 80 dollars a month on my phone bill. The managers name is Jeff, he is great and very helpful, he even followed up with me a day or so later to make sure everything was good and if I needed anything. All of the employees go above and beyond Thanks Sprint Wallingford!!

Wors place ever the two guys are really nice but the girl (phone tecnichian) dont help me in nothing she dont even check my phone just told me to call my insurance and paid $200.00 i take my phone to westfarm mall and the guy, a really nice worker just scaned the phone and told me my phone have a recall from the company and order a new one for free.

i dont put 0 because i cant he told me that i was going to pay only one phone suprise they put the wrong plan and now am stuck paying 2 phones and they can only say am sorry.

Staff there is helpful ,the store is usually not crowded,its much better than trying to do it over the phone with customer service in India.
