Normally I have a good experience with they employees. But today was a completely different experience. I was taking a very important call. And a young woman with a horrible attitude was working the drive thru. She seen I was trying to quietly tell her what I wanted (just smokes) then she wants to loudly say my order back to me. Then i drive like 30 feet to finish up my phone call. Only 3 min later shes behind me in her car honking. I have no idea what the hell is going. She speeds off. Then i look over. And a young man is yelling at me sayung i cant park there. Last time i checked it is illegal to talk and drive. Bad day

I went to D & A today 6/29/16 @ 8:34 pm. I had the worst customer service ever. The young man at the drive thru didnt know the product even though I repeatedly described the carton of cigarettes I wanted. I asked for a bag & matches 4 times. He had a very bad attitude. He passed me the cigarettes, so I asked again for a bag & matches. He handed me a closed bag. Again, I asked for matches he passed me 1 book. I asked if I can have more since I had a carton of cigarettes. He said, "YOU CAN HAVE A F***ING HAND FULL". Maybe he wasnt trained on products or in customer service but I think Ill go to BJs in the future.

Im so torn usually I love this place the staff there are great but I went there just now and they had this new girl working there that Ive never seen before and she was so rude she didnt want to take the time to show me the different types of tobacco and tubes and rollers even though there was no one waiting in line she still couldnt be bothered with it and I was appalled because thats not how the smoke shop usually runs . . . so I guess anytime shes working Im not going to stop there : (

I called and asked specifically if they had a 500g calibration weight. I was told yes and given a price. I drove all the way down here for it and they said they do not cell calibration weights wtf is really going on around here.
