Went to go buy a pair of boots and there were multiple sale signs for the same shoes in different colors saying they were $19.99. I decided to buy two pairs and went to make my purchase. They rang up for $27.99. I told the employee that they were on sale. I walked him over to the sign and he pretty much told me that they were too lazy to take the sign down from the back to school sale and wouldnt honor the price. Terrible customer service. Should hire people that arent lazy and take down signs when they are supposed to.

The customer service was awful. I visited the store 6/18/16 &had a pleasant experience until I reached the cash register. The tall cashier with curly black hair, who conveniently did not have a name tag, was very condescending & rude. I dont know what her issue was but she made no effort to hide her awful personality. It was extremely unprofessional.

Great shoe selection and awesome price but the worst costumer service I have seen. The only reason I come back is because of how cheap the shoes are. Not to mention it takes 2 to 6 weeks for them to ship to your house.
