I strongly recommend readers not to come here. This is my first negative written review in my life, and I am almost 40 years old. I believe mistakes happen and forgive easily. I had one of my worst customer experiences with the owner of Earnest Donuts. I have been coming here almost every Friday morning for the last 6 months. I order primarily custom and character donuts for my two children. My kids call it Donuts with Daddy and it has been very rewarding for me. Last week, they messed up on my custom order. I let them know but didnt ask for anything because I was in a rush. This morning I went in to talk to the owner. I just let her know that she messed up on my order. She quickly became defensive and told me why I was wrong instead. I told her simply that everything would be good if she comped we for two donuts (which probably would only cost her a dollar or two). She became very rude. I told her I was not going to argue with her and explained her mistakes which were obvious. She kept being rude and then one of her young employees walked over and very rudely told me to leave. The owner told me I was her "worst customer". I mentioned that I have come to her establishment every Friday for several months and never once complained. They even misspelled my daughters name on a donut one time, and I told them not to worry about it. The owner continued to be rude and I told her I was going to leave. She continued to try to argue with me, so I left and she never tried to correct the situation while I was walking out.

Customer service is awesome! Today was my first time visiting Earnest to order donuts for my daughter for bday next week. The line was practically out the door but when it was turn to be serviced the cashier was very helpful and attentive! I did not feel rushed so it was much appreciated! I cant wait to see what my donuts look like when I pick them up!

Violated Visa/Mastercard rules by charging a minimum charge for debit cards.The lady behind the counter was extremely rude when I told her they couldnt charge a minimum for debit cards. She said they didnt take debit cards and they were a small business so they could do whatever they wanted. All I had was a debit card and it went through just fine.

Amazing donuts. I’m the son of a police officer who spent weekends looking for new and exciting donut shops with my father so I know donuts. Earnest has the highest quality and best selection I’ve seen in years. The donuts are pricey and the teenagers behind the counter are obviously indentured servants but the taste makes up for both.

These donuts are amazing! Weve had everything from the Blueberry crumble to the Creme Brûlée (tasty donut filled with vanilla pudding and caramelized sugar top). My favorite is the Strawberry shortcake: the donut top, fresh cut strawberries sitting on creme, and a donut bottom. Worth a visit!

I love this place! Ive yet to try something and not enjoy the freshness and delicious taste. My favorite donut is the Maple Bacon. Finely chopped bacon on top of a maple donut. Its so good! The customer service is impeccable and the girls behind the counter are very nice.

Its a decent enough donut place, but definitely not worth the extra time/distance when other generic donut shops exist between my house and Earnest Donuts. The donuts themselves taste just fine, but theres not enough of a draw to warrant making repeated visits.

The best and most unique donuts! Owner was incredibly accommodating when I asked her how could I get a box of them but couldnt make it there by 2 o clock, she said no problem I will just drop them off at taps and caps next-door! Thats great customer service !

Delicious"fancy"/gourmet donuts and quick breakfast stop. Only drawback is that they dont have non-pork option of kolaches which really only seems to bother me. The donuts are so delicious! Raspberry cheesecake today was AMAZING!

Ive been going here since this place opened up about a year ago. The donuts are delicious, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I do think some of their specialty donuts are over priced, but theyre still worth it.

Accidentally charged me $100 for two donuts but were very quick to respond and fix the issue. Also their donuts are delicious. So far have had the Cronut, the matcha green tea and the kolaches. Will definitely go again.

The maple bacon donut is just so delicious. Really everything is amazing and the people who work there are so nice. We bought 4 dozen donuts for my sister and my graduation party and they were a hit.
