If we could give negative review, we would. Went there tonight at 8:45 (they close at 9PM) wife and I were RUSHING, 3 guys in electrical isle, standing with arms folded waiting for closing, one older gentlemen finally asked "what do I need, we want to get out of here" obviously he dont care to help, I told him I was looking for a digital heater control to run my rental homes heaters, he said this is all I have and walked off. WOW, customer service at its best... TENS of thousands weve spend here, my LAST visit FOR SURE.

If you have ever called this Home Depot then you can relate. It is very common to get kicked around from department to department, put on hold, transferred, and put on hold again, often indefinitely. It happens every time I call. Today I made it 18 minutes, according to my phones timer, before I hung up. If you have a free half hour on your hands and are masochistic, then I highly recommend you give them a call.

I like the Home Depot for the smaller items like paint, tapes, light bulbs,etc. But for anything else that may require an "associate", forget it! I cant seem to find them so I start searching aisle after aisle looking for SOMEONE that could help me. I think they are under staffed or all out to lunch or dinner @ the same time. And then there is the service desk..........

The workers are very helpful but there are two problems Ive had and friends report to me. Many items are not in stock, sometimes even though their computer system says they are. And more than one person has told me they had wood cut for them there, and it was cut incorrectly. But again, workers very nice, always trying to help as best they can. That counts for a lot.

Do not purchase appliances from this store unless you do not care if you will see it. They outsourced their deliver of appliances to the lowest bidder who have no problem letting your purchase sit for weeks at the store when you live less than 5 miles from the store. Free deliver is code for pick it up yourself. Bad customer service!

The staff here are very friendly and helpful providing advice and insight to whatever you might need. There is a good selection of everything you may need for home improvement projects. Only thing I would suggest is to keep your eyes on LED bulb prices we scored cheaper bulbs by buying them individually versus the 3 pack of Crees.

I would say the same with what Seaside muffler mentioned. Customer service is not the best here. Some of the employees are ok, however the majority are poor at there jobs not sure where everything is at and clueless. I still go here for projects on my house but Probuild is on the otherside of town!
