Bobbi (?) did a great tattoo on my husband that wasnt the problem. The receptionist was the one telling the artist what the people wanted. Bobbi then drew it and was starting to place the design only to find out that the receptionist didnt tell her that my husband wanted lettering to. Why didnt this artist actually talk to my husband before the mock up? Also I was there to get a tattoo myself but was ignored. I was spoken to once by the receptionist and she made the decisions it seemed. We will never be back as the service was terrible.We were there for over an hour with a tattoo artist not working on a client. The receptionist acted as if Bobbi was the only tattoo artist in the place. Oh and I dont enjoy a tattoo shop filled with teenagers who the receptionist was more than happy to explain in detail how to get notarized notices from parents. One girl was gone less than ten minutes before she had her magically notarized paper.

Dan James did amazing on my tattoo!!! It was my first one and it took about 3.5 hours. I made some funny noises and screamed a little and he made me laugh through the pain. He is an amazing person and a great artist. I had a koi fish and a lotus done. I cant praise this man enough!! Seriously if youre looking for someone to do a tattoo on you Dan James is definitely someone you want as your artist. He not only did my tattoo, but afterwards he taught me how to take care of it through the healing process and beyond!! He is proud of his work and wants to make sure youre happy with it. Dan James is amazing!!!!

All of my tattoos had come from a shop in Topeka, shortly after moving here (to wichita) I wanted a new tattoo. So why go all the way to topeka when I now live in a town with several tattoo shops. I loved everything about the experience, I explained I was a little nervous to "cheat" on my other tattoo shop. The artist said "If you dont tell, I wont either." It was great, everyone was friendly, and very detail oriented. I will go back to get more tattoos in the future.

I am not one to give bad reviews on places, but wow was this place disappointing. Read all great reviews so I decided to go here to get a tattoo. Artist wanted an EXACT image of what I wanted and would not tweak a thing about it. More importantly, he was extremely rude. I hated the thought of spending 1-2 hours getting a tattoo I was pushed into getting, with a man who was so rude. I made the choice to go elsewhere and I am very happy I did.

Got a piercing here 2 months ago I broke the ball off and wanted the other part removed and was told didnt have tool to remove piece then waited a month went back and they said Dan was no longer gonna b available but they would text me with info to who they would refer me to to get it taken out and they still have not have me info very unprofessional js

Jimmy Kelley is hands down the best tattoo artist Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. His precision, color & line work, and overall professionalism turned him into my permanent tattoo artist in Wichita. 6+ months later and my color is vibrant and beautiful just like the day I got it. Plus, he has pillow hands! Idie Hands is a sure thing.

Very friendly staff that helped my daughter and I better the design we brought in. We were laughing the entire time our tattoos were done, so it went quickly and we didnt concentrate on the pain we were feeling. Our tattoos turned out beautifully. I am wanting another tattoo, and will definitely go back to Idle Hands to have it done.

Best experience by far. I have had work done at 2 other places and this was by far the best customer service Ive had. Very professional and very reasonable prices. Dan was awesome when I told him my idea and he cranked out this amazing drawing in about 20 minutes. Artwork was exceptional. I would def recommend Idle Hands.

First time getting a tattoo. My artist was Steve. He was nice as could be and did a phenomenal job on my tattoo. He helped me find exactly what I wanted from size to color. He was great to chat with and made me feel very comfortable. It was a great experience and I highly recommend you go here to get any tattoos done.

Awesome job by Dan- he was so insanely quick with my nose piercing- he had the stud inserted in about 5 seconds (no joke). Also, there was no pain afterwards (at least for me). Will definitely be returning here for future work! :)

Dunno why one review complained about receptionist; she was super nice and down to earth! Dan was excellent and very professional! Havent gotten a tattoo here (yet) but I love the way they do piercings. Would definitely recommend.

It was good and I thought everything was fine, but here I am a year later and my tattoo has scarring in it. Its like the ink didnt go in the middle of the lines, the guy who did mine went too deep. I cant get that covered up.

I came in on my birthday, and Dan was able to squeeze me in. He did an awesome job on a small quote tattoo on the inside of my upper arm. Everyone here is friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this place.
