This is painful for me to give discount tire a 4 star rating. In fact I really want to give it a 2 or a 3. But I am not because I know this is a newer shop and it appears they are trying to work out the kinks. And by kinks I mean time management. It appears that the sales team is friendly and knowledgeable, and I am very appreciative of that. But from what I can see is that the two young kids working hardly have any work ethic. This bothers me as my time is precious and normally I hardly wait longer than 30 minutes for service. Anyway I hope this shop can hire better help or develop a better training plan in their current or potential staff. Perhaps I am just skeptical and the shop was busy. My suggestion is defenetly call and make an appointment as I did otherwise you could be waiting a very long time to get your work done. By all means discount tire is still a great shop and they are not here to screw you over, and the staff is always very friendly which is why I will come back. But time has no patience for lazy or untrained workers.

Said they would have tires in the afternoon and i could wait only 30-45 minutes for them to be mounted. Instead i dropped off the car. They called back 3 days later telling me its done. They promised to put spare back and instead left the flat tire in the trunk and mounted new on the rest of the car so now I have no spare tire. I paid and picked the car up after hours. When I arrived my battery was completely dead. After jump starting the car I get on the interstate and the car is shaking violently.

Outstanding service and great prices on tires. The installation was done well and done quickly. Really liked that their store has windows which allow you to view the work as it is performed. There was an issue with one tpms sensor after tire install, but those are ridiculously easy to damage when dismounting a tire. Discount Tires took care of the tpms unit the same day without any hassle, and at no cost to me. Exceptional staff and company.

Dirty sales tricks. Only presenting higher priced options first. Kept throwing out for your safety, I recommend... Tried to pitch warranty as 1 but did not explain x2 for 2 tires. Told sales rep to remove it but he only removed one. Once confronting him about the price was wrong, he tried to guilt trip and tell me it was all about safety. Services guys are fast as usual.

Great service! They were personal and dealt with me in an energetic and kind way. They showed me all the different options and prices for the tires I could get and listed the benefits so that I could get the best deal. They got me in and out of there in less than an hour with two new tires and the remaining two rotated.

spent 800 on four tires. less than a month Im back in to get them checked for air pressure and took then forever to get them checked.
