HATE IT. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CROOKED BUSINESS TACTICS. I used to go to this pharmacy for all of my needs. Unfortunately they hired a man who is the rudest person I have ever met. When trying to fill my monthly prescription, not only will they not accept my insurance for this certain medication (not because its not covered only because they can get more if its paid in cash) but the new guy (just so you know who I mean I will describe him as being of West Indian background) actually told me that he doesnt want our business. So if you dont have cash, dont bother going there. Whats the truly unfortunate thing is, he doesnt even own the business. The pharmacist who owns it is suffering because of this guy. It just goes to show, you need to be careful with who you hire because ultimately then can cost you your business.

Honest people who are also generally pretty friendly, I definitely recommend the place. Ive found simfa rose gives you that quality that pharmacies in the past always had, that is knowing your pharmacist on a first name basis. Going to Walgreens gives you the feeling of taking a ticket at the meat counter, but at simfa rose it doesnt take long for them to know your name and, more important, what you need. Not only do they fill prescriptions quickly and have good medical equipment that they are knowledgable about, but they also offer a convenient compounding pharmacy and accept all major insurance. If you want to do business with a pharmacist who knows your name and cares about you, go to simfa rose.

HORRIBLE!! Dont go there. This place has the rudest staff I have ever met. I usually go to Walgreens, but I figured Id try it since its close to my house. From the minute I walked in they guy that sits to the right up front made me feel like I was disturbing him. He actually got into an argument with me for nothing at all! I even told him nicely that he was being very rude and his customer service was lacking, he had the nerve to tell me "I dont care, if you dont like it go somewhere else". Needless to say, I didnt fill my prescrition there and Im never EVER going back. If you dont want a headache, go somewhere else where they actually care about their customers.

Yea this place really sux, I went Im there with my Dr prescription from a licensed physician, and they tell me that they are not taking new patients for that certain medication. Now why are these pharmacists playing God on who can and cannot have theyre medication, its discriminatory nd just plain bad business and I hope they go out of business or get robbed
