I love publix but today one of them employee been really rude and racists. Im been waiting in line for place a order for a sandwich and they finish we all they people been in front to me, one of the lady she said wait someone come to help you and I keep waiting, I ask a guy name Dan how long they go to take it for help me and him said I doing order, and I think a manager tell him to stop doing what him doing and help me and him respond the same thing, i wait for more 2 or 3 min a white lady with her husband come a the other guy in dear run to help them even him see me I been dear waiting so long and him Dont care. A lady named lela or lila come and help me really nice lady and helpful. She dont take it no more the 3 min for prepared my order. I report him to a manager I hope him doing something about it, because I been always do my shopping in here, for the reason they always nice and helpfulness employees. Is really sad have to deal with people like this.

Always been a big fan of Publix, but recently while on a Atkins induction diet I bought a lemon pepper rotisserie that looked crispy to me (which I like) and while at work , for my surprise, it was actually a crispy barbecue chicken labeled as lemon pepper. I never minded paying more for great customer service, but I felt there was none in this case. I sent an email feedback because it somewhat mess up my diet, but most importantly, while I do not have food restrictions/allergies, some people do. I never got an acknowledgment email back or any kind of apology. I wont totally stop shopping at Publix, because its in the corner of my house, but will definitely start exploring other supermarkets around.

I always go here since they really good at customer service , but today I went and had a coupon for cheese, 3 coupons . not a hardcore couponer btw. and they gave me a hardtime for the coupons, and when I ask why they dont have the publix coupon AD on their store, the clerk replied we hide it from those extreme couponers. wow really ? No body was rude but you can feel that they are not happy assisting you with your coupon. went here at 9-11am on dec 30, finally the one who check me out was a manager not rude again but not all welcoming like some employees .will still continue to shop here, but just to let you know if you have coupons or a very heavy couponer beware .

I was at a toss up between walmart and publix this morning, Im so glad I went to Publix! The staff is beyond amazing! I was looking for chicken broth to make a wonderful chicken soup and instead of ignoring me, the employee standing next to me asked if I needed help, guided me through the maze of different broths showed me the best, and it was a buy one get one free. He was so nice, he had to go in the back storage to grab the second one since there was only one on the shelf. Thank you Roth. As I walked to the check out lane every employee acknowledged me. Im so glad I went to Publix, and I will continue to shop this excellent store!

This is about Pharmacy. The 1st time was a few weeks ago when the cashier was rude. I shrugged it off as her being tired however today I went to get pain meds filled & a different cashier sees me standing in line but says nothing for about 10 minutes until finally I give my RX to the pharmacist, who takes it and begins to fill it. After sitting in pain, my son ask him for me "how much longer" he responds 30 minutes cause its an hour wait (It was already been 30 minutes) wouldve been nice if I knew that I couldve gone to CVS. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY AGAIN.

Usually all Publix are great at customer service. But this particular location is the best Publix out there. Just because the way its nestled in a quiet and great neighborhood and its not huge but not too small either. I come here for everything. Although I have Winn-Dixie closer to my apartment than this Publix. Plus there are plenty of eateries and things to do in the complex this publix is located in. Not to mention their great and friendly staff and excellent customer service.

A popular shopping destination, the staff is courteous and work hard to please their customers and move the checkout lines. When it gets busy and lines start to back up, theyll page for more cashiers and suggest folks to checkout at customer service to speed things along. They are friendly to your kids and offer them a balloon. Baggers do their best to pack your things away and ask to cart large loads to the car for those who look like they could use a hand.

This is the 3rd, no 4th time I am at the checkout stand and after I pay for my groceries the checker starts on the next order and leaves ME to go fetch my bagged groceries and put them in my cart. Now, if I pay up to and sometimes more than $1.00 for items over Walmart, I think that clerk outta put my expensive groceries in my cart and not stand there and watch me!!!!

The staff here is great. There is always managers and staff walking around to help if you need it. They always open on time and stay open late if you need to grab a few extra things which is great! Check out the deli and seafood bar for some great deals made daily too! They always have tasty meals prepped and at a good price.

Always clean and everyone is usually so friendly. They are limited on space so they dont always have what you are looking for. Their items are pretty selective so youll have to make due with what they have unless you go someplace else.

Love Publix. The staff is very friendly here except at the deli counter. The ladies can get a little surly and also ignore you hoping someone else will help you. Kill them with kindness tends to workout in your favor.
